Was nice and clean, staff was not the friendliest though.

The room and bathroom were clean, except the carpet had a slight mildew odor between the beds. The front desk said they would call maintenance about the heater fan that had a rattling noise when it came on. The adjoining restaurant, the Waterlin, was very nice and the food was excellent and breakfast was included in our package. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

It would be nice to have some small continental breakfast included in the price. The restaurant was nice. The selection was very minimal, and the prices were very high kind of surprised that we saw as many people in there as we did and a small family with kids.

Shower didn't drain. Spiders in the shower and internal did work real well

I liked my stay , the shower didn't appear as clean the bottom glass area, also more towels would be nice, I love the idea of the dark makeup towel it's makes sense.

It has the look and feel of a very high end expensive hotel but is very affordable. Great location just off the highway. Plenty of eating options within a few blocks of miles. Short drive to Milwaukee. Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice pool and hot tub.

The staff was nice and the room was clean except for a fortune cookie and the wrapper in our room on the floor when we came in and the air conditioner made a humming noise the whole time. We also had a breakfast issue. I had paid for 2 adults to have breakfast and they only gave me a voucher for one adult and I said that I had paid for 2 adults and my room had breakfast included. We had to talk to two different people at the front desk to get this resolved along with customer service with Expedia and they almost didn’t get me the second one until I showed them my email confirmation. They explained that this was an Expedia issue and that the reservation for 2 adults did not come through to their system. Thankfully they were nice and gave us the second voucher that we had already paid for. Room was nice and spacious, elevators were very slow. Hotel looks outdated and updated at the same time. Overall a nice stay but we don’t think we would stay here again.

It was old and gross. Reality doesn’t meet the expectations set in the pictures online. Would not recommend.

Don’t stay here stay at the Renaissance West Hotel. This hotel needs to be renovated these pictures make it seem way better than it actually is. I am so upset for stating here for one night. Never again.

They never cleaned the room

I understand things happen, but I will never choose a hotel chain that excepts me to be grateful to be a customer. When we arrived the hot tub was out of service. The kitchen was being remodeled so there was no breakfast or evening meal service and they were not supplying any coffee in the lobby. Their compromise … a one way shuttle drop off within 2 miles. For a hotel to be a “home” away from home. This was more of a pay us for what we list on the website, not for what you get when you arrive. Overcharged, under delivered.

The diner inside was nice.

Rooms were great. Restaurant was excellent. I'd go there again even if I wasn't staying at the hotel. Grounds needed some work. Gardens near the entrance had dying plants and needed weeding. The big planters at the entrance were bare except for 2 "dollar tree" metal sunflowers. Pretty tacky.

The night desk clerk was amazing, Keenen I believe his name is. But really every one was very professional and helpful overall. But Keenen even helped me with a technical issue I was having with family communications. Bright young man, and so knowledgeable

Three of us shared a 2 queen bed room. The beds were very comfortable and CLEAN! The room included a small fridge but no microwave. Everything looked very nice and enough room for 2 night stay. I would have liked grab bars in shower due to daughter having special needs and always takes a bath. Would have preferred a bath tub so next time I will ask! All staff was very friendly and helpful. Park is easy and seemed enough for all. We did not use pool/hot tub but only due to short on time!
