The parking lot is as Getting done so we had to walk far to our car the whole trip this was insane . Instead of giving off a room by the are that wasn’t affected. Room was filthy I asked for cleaning supplies I was told maid would come do it and she brought a broom and left gave me bath soap to clean. I had to go to store and spend more money to clean the mold and dust and maintain smell

Clean room the staff the pool, the gym everything was perfect

i dont like any thing for that hotel no clin no refund my deposit 300dolar i email so money times no one answer more than tendays know

Excelente customer service !

The room itself is very spaciously designed and the property has a relax and clean vibe. The only issue we had was with the room’s washer that didn’t work. We called but it was never resolved before we left. Also, they can do a little better with answering their lobby and service lines when getting calls from the room. We would stay again but those were just details that could definitely be improved.

Dirty room with outdated furniture.

The room was very spacious, clean, and nice! However, during the three nights we stayed, no one came to pick up the trash or provide fresh towels. The phone in the room also didn’t work, so I had to use my personal phone to call the front desk whenever I needed assistance. Unfortunately, the internet connection was poor as well. Overall, the room itself was great, but the lack of housekeeping, working phone, and reliable Wi-Fi definitely took away from the experience.

I loved the pool area! But the rooms was not cleaned properly and the tv connection was not connecting. The. Shower had pool drainage. So was not able to watch live tv.

The customer service was amazing. Ray and his team really took care of us. The property is very clean and well kept. I love the landscaping and pool area especially. I will definitely be back!
