I don’t know this wasn’t the typical Hyatt place I’m used to this was very different but it wasn’t bad. The staff is incredible it’s just the aesthetics just wasn’t what I’m used to with this brand name

The staff there is absolutely wonderful and incredibly sweet. I felt cared for and looked after. Definitely would recommend this hotel at first due to its convenient location to MIA Intl. but the aid from the staff made it all the more better.
