Most of our vacation we spent going to the beach going out to local restaurants walking around and pretty much we enjoyed doing that For the hotel i CANT say anything good personal is so so, room also so so we were requesting for room service other way they do not show Lobby poor barely cleaned full of locals enjoying seating in the cool area Also the biggest disappointment among all of above are two pools they have on site Pools are so small barely cleaned filtration of the pool is not functioning well went to try the pool on a second day and that was the last time we used it On the day we check out water in the pools were so dirty and full of sand GROSS And a very bad experience we had on the first night of staying in the hotel Around 2 am we had someone that was trying to get into the room waking us up us due to mistake of one of the girls on the reception The next day i spoke to the people from front desk not much they were interested to try to make situation little bit easy not even i am sorry nothing from the girl who created all that terrible situation we went thru Now we also spoke to the general manager of the hotel Domingo Llerandi the only thing he did was listening about problem we had that night promising he will do something on the day we check out Send him an email 4-5 day after vacation we newer got any reply We never saw him again Would not recommend this hotel Terrible experience

Ruido de fiestas hasta la madrugada porque está frente a Miami Beach. Por lo demás todo bien.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The front desk attendant was super helpful.

The hotel was also quite loud. The walls are not well insulated, so we could clearly hear people coming in and out throughout the night. We were woken up several times by guests arriving at all hours.

Location was great, 3 mins walking distance to Miami South Beach, room was very clean and spacious. the hotel is amazing for solo travellers who are looking for socializing, while they have daily activities so you will never get bored and you can meet people and enjoy your vacation in group. what actually disappointing, while I booked a private room, there was no cattle or water boilers or cups in the room, where I have to go to the reception to get hot water or coffe, the maintenance of the room is not up to the expected level, the safe was not working properly, the door lock was not working while you cannot lock your door from inside.

Location excellent Water Pressure was very low in the shower, the overall maintenance of the facilities need improvement

Everyone and everything was great ! I didn't like that there's not a sink at the kitchen.

Everything was excellent! The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well located. The staff was also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. I really enjoyed the amenities and the overall atmosphere. Everything exceeded my expectations!
