Rooms 103 to 106 rooms are not noisy.

Cute boutique minutes away from everything. Just wish they had a pool.

The restaurant staff forgot us, it wasn't until I asked if we go up to the bar and order that the bartender went to our table to get our order. Other than that, the location was perfect.Walking distance to everything!

Older hotel but was renovated. Good for a short trip though. The only gripe I had was the small elevator that only allowed 2 people at a time but even that wasn’t too bad. We just took the stairs. Great location

Great location. But no amenities , no kettle, coffee machine or microwave in the room so wake up try to find coffee. House keeping does not automatically leave cups or new soap bars.

The staff was disrespecting my intelligence as he was sarcastically being rude as well. The way he was patronizing me wasn't right. By showing me a chart stating (under pet friendly in bold letters) that I must pay $100 deposit again, after I did everything online before hand. Then when I kept challenging him for about an hour he then stated you know what you have a point. (Like huh, and left it alone) The floor wasn't clean at all (filthy) other then that the room was nice, bed was made & comfy. However, I would say the shower water pressure was the weakest I ever experienced and the water didn't get hot it was generally luke warm with light weak pressure. But its a nice place, street over from the beach, and also have a connected restaurant...

The location is excellent in the middle of everything, great and welcoming staff very helpful. Good restaurant on site . And the room is very clean

If you're saying you found quite a lot of hair in the toilet/basin, and you expected the result to be much better but you'd rate it only 5/10, I understand what you mean.

Location is great, room is fit for solo travelers or short couple trip. Location is the selling point, but other hotels may have more amenities for the same price nearby.

The free WIFI Every thing else for the price that this hotel charges they operate like a motel it’s the only elevator from the dirty carpet to the smell through out the building I had to buy cleaning supplies for my room insane charge the hotel prices to fit what the hotel offers at least by 50% very poor quality hotel with high prices

I love this hotel we stay here whenever we are in Miami. It is small, super cute, and the staff are really helpful and amazing.

My stay was extremely good and enjoyable but I will say the breakfast included in the total is not worth it. It’s $25 but you can only get the regular breakfast and either a mimosa or coffee and I was not informed that. I would’ve not payed for it and just got a different plate and payed out of pocket. On top of that the bacon wasn’t included so I payed an extra over the $25 so it was definitely useless.

We had a very good family vacation, the hotel is near to the beach and everything you need .
