Nice big rooms everyone’s a nice and a short walk to the beach

Great location with walking distance to the beach. Our room was big and spacious. The included breakfast was decent with different options available. The elevator was frustrating, the down buttons didnt work on certain floors and the card reader needed to operate the elevator was very temperamental. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it would not. Also all of the staircases in the building we were in were marked as emergency use only. So the only option was to try and get the elevator to work.

This is my second time at the property. I love the location and the rooms are clean. We had an issue with the air conditioner didn’t work for the last two nights we were there. They did send up a portable air conditioner and I was very grateful for that! Although I love the pool after a beach day I do wish the water was cleaner. Overall an ok stay

Everything was awesome I am truly satisfied with the service location amenities everything is great. Most of the staff were friendly, the room was clean and tidy.

This was our first time in Miami and at President Hotel Villa. We had a great time. Mike at the front desk was super helpful and attentive. Our room was clean, however, when we arrived, the air conditioner was not working so we had to wait for maintenance to come fix the issue.
