Roof top bar Awesome.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well kept. Our room was nice, and everything was just as we expected. It was a pleasant and relaxing stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again!

The only thing that we didn’t care for was the shower, sometimes designers like to get fancy with fixtures, they look really cool, but they just don’t function very well. Just put a good $8.00 shower head that allows you to be able to get the shampoo out of your hair in a reasonable amount of time. Now to be fair they had us in a handicap accessible room and the others may be different. We will still stay there again. The rest of the amenities outweigh the one flaw.

Great place to stay!! Affordable and close to everything!!!

Very well located giving excellent access to Beale street, the hotel decor is very well done and the rooms are very nice, excellent shower and comfy bed

The place is in a perfect location for walking downtown Memphis. Kept very clean and my room was cleaned everyday. My only negative, my bathroom sink was slow to drain and since my room was cleaned everyday, housekeeping must have known about this. The batteries in my tv remote stopped working and the front desk said they would send someone up and two hours later at 10pm, I called and ask they fix it the next day. They never did come to fix it, went out and bought my own batteries.

Great location. Was highly dissatisfied that the roof top bar was closed even though the website states it is open on Tuesday nights. This ended up to be a kill joy.
-
The room was not cleaned any day as the staff did not arrive until evenings when we were all getting ready to go out to dinner. Rooftop also closed with no signs so you just try in the elevator going nowhere. I chose this hotel specifically for the pool/outdoor area which we were clocked from for 3 days without explanation, plan, or consideration of making our vacation askew without information.

The only complaint I would have is, this hotel doesn't have free parking. They offer valet parking which allows you to come and go as much as you want. Otherwise you can park in a parking garage across the street for I believe it was $12 but if you leave you have to pay $12 to get back in. The parking garage was very sketchy and I was worried that the car was going to get broken into. As there have been a lot of break ins in the past in this garage. The Hotel in my opinion is in a sketchy part of town, but my sketchy could be the norm for someone else.

We have stayed here before. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. They actually act like they appreciate your business There was a mix up on our bill and we were charged twice for early check-in. But I called and they couldn't have been any nicer or accommodating.

The only negative was the pool needed a good cleaning. The color of the water was off. As someone who owns a pool, it seemed like it needed some chemicals.

Clean place. Clean room. Nice spot to stay
-
The propertt was in a great location with a cheap parking garage nextdoor. Walking distance to everything.
