The staff was extremely helpful!

They allow dogs and the room next to us had left their dogs alone and they barked continuously until 1:30 am. I complained at check out and they were going to give me a credit, but since it was thru Expedia they couldn't.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The parking was reasonably priced, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. The location might not be my first choice if travelling with a child. I personally didn’t find the area near Beale Street particularly cosy, although this was probably more a matter of my expectations, as I had imagined the location quite differently. The room also had a slight smell of dampness.

Excellent location. You could walk to many restaurants and retail shops and the river. The room was comfortable and quiet. Nothing.

Good breakfast excellent location to Beale street and orphem great stay

The rooms were clean. The staff (Sharon & Don) were exceptional. Will definitely stay here again. The parking garage is very nice and had plenty of space.

I think it was Jon behind reception, very helpful and polite. The location was great, our particular room was on the corner with the balcony, great for sitting out at night if it isn't too hot! Could be a bit of noise from the street, you get earplugs in your room but we didn't need them.

The staff was super nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. Location was great (walking distance from many services like stores and restaurants). Pool was an extra convenience for the kids The hotel is close to some local bars that plays live music, so the room could be a bit noisy at night. Luckily, the hotel provided ear plugs

The reception staff is courteous and helpful with any questions. Very spacious and clean room. Good breakfast. Excellent location.

At night might disturb you. We loved it. Only issue was the desk personnel communicated badly about when our room would be ready. That person was the exception as the rest of our stay was great.
