The initial room that we were sent to was not even cleaned. The bed was stripped, no sheets, no pillow cases, no comforter, nothing in the room, and the mattress cover was torn. When we went to ask for another room, the staff said that we can move you to another room, but we will need to up charge you. They ended up charging us $39 more for another room, and said they would remove the charge, once they talked to manager. However that has not happened yet. Would not recommend this hotel, and would like a follow up from the manager.

Room was clearly not mopped - wiping up some spilled water off the floor the towel came up brown with dirt; sink had a brown ring in the drain as did the ring around the shower handle. The floor corner of the bathtub where water often seeps past the shower curtain onto the floor was caked with brown dirt - had not been cleaned for a while. The redeeming quality of this hotel is that it is newly built so everything still looks and feels new, but they are not doing a good job of keeping it clean.

The hotel seemed to be utilized as an extended stay for local construction workers so it was a bit more busy than a typical hotel. Staff was pleasant and helpful and the laundry facility was great.

Nothing Hmm where do I start? Dirty - my entire room was dirty from the light switch to the pillows No breakfast (barely coffee)

Easy check-in, Room was okay appeared to be recently renovated however, the floor did not appear to have been cleaned well & room had a smoke smell when walking in

Check in was fine, room was dirty, found old contact lenses on the floor. The bed had basically just two sheets on it, no blankets. Just felt dirty all around.

Disappointing

They did not have a room for us. They told us that Expedia canceled our reservation on Aug 3rd. We had to find another hotel 1 hour away from were we needed to be!

The hotel is not safe.

We needed a place to sleep and to shower and we got just that. We each had one towel and a wash cloth. They didn’t match but that’s not a problem. There were dried up bugs around the edges of the Room especially in the bath room. The fan of the air conditioner rattled when it ran.

When I arrived to check-in, there was no one at the desk. I tried calling all the numbers posted but the phone did not work. I called the main office number and they suggested I call the main desk. I told her that wouldn't help because no one was there to answer. There was also a buzzer there but no one acknowledged my multiple tries. After 20 minutes of waiting, a young lady came out from the back and after I told her I had been waiting, she got all nasty and argumentative with me. The kitchen sink had green beans in the strainer from the prior stay. There was someone above me pacing back and forth on her heels all night long keeping me awake. After I got to my room, four police cars pulled in and took a man out of the building in handcuffs. I won't stay there again.
