it was a good stay, the hvac wasnt working that great and the bed was really hard but it is a nice hotel

Restaurants and park!Very safe and clean area with nature trails close by fantastic weather, went to outdoor concert in park and drove to beach. Loved the pool rm. View! Went in the pool and hot tub, very relaxing and great atmosphere. Hope to come back and stay at this hotel!

This hotel is beautiful, with Mediterranean charm, and very well maintained. Parking is convenient, onsite and with covered areas. Conveniently located within walking distance of plenty of stores and restaurants. We loved it!

They gave us a white wine bottle of reisling because of Expedia VIP. They were very accommodating when we asked for a microwave, and the accessibility towards the pool on the first floor was great. They also let us have a late checkout. Will definitely stay here again

Used the Pool as well and this was a great touch. The rooms are a bit dated, but so well kept and very pleased over all. Great location to town, price, and dinner on site is a plus. Will stay here again.

Beautiful architecture, extremely comfortable rooms, very comfy beds. Good location if you’re seeing a show at the Mountain Winery

Clean, nice, central property. Probably the nicest in Los Gatos. My room had no view and a horrible balcony that was not a balcony. But it was fine as I had no time. The staff was not so helpful it would have been nice to know if there was breakfast, and better directions of how to get to the room especially since they took a long time to even turn on the computer.

Beautiful hotel, close to downtown and very well maintained. We would stay here again.

Hotel Los Gatos is truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are always extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything you need. Every stay has been a great experience, and their excellent service keeps me coming back. I highly recommend Hotel Los Gatos to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

The architecture and surroundings The toilet paper and bed quality

Right in the heart of a niche Bay Area city is this premium property. It won't be the least expensive hotel or motel in the surrounding area, but most visitors here are looking for high quality and surely you will feel it in the hotel, its amenities and the surroundings. I will try to sneak in a visit whenever I can as I visit nearby family several times every year.

This is a nice and clean property. But they need to update the toilets to ADA--they are too low! And neeed to invest in beter pillows --too hard, I bring my own! Otherwise, highly recommend.

This property was amazing. Parking easy, central location and walking distance to downtown Los Gatos restaurants with an excellent dining option on site. It was super clean, well appointed with comfortable beds. The best part of the hotel was the staff though! Unfortunately there was a power outage when I woke up in The morning, so I couldn’t enjoy the amenities to the fullest the next day, but I will 100% be back next time I’m in the area.

Rooms were attractive, clean and comfortable. The walls are rather thin though and we could easily hear people in adjacent rooms and in the hallway.
