was in an atrium room- didn't know it would be noisy- kids playing, fitness center & pool noise- all stopped at 10 so no problem sleeping

The staff was great with helping and solving issues upon checking into the hotel. A breakfast voucher was provided for the inconveniences with the process. Specifically, issues with the doorway lock entering the Candlewood suites section was not responding to the key card. Reception, pool, and gym facilities are under renovations and was not accessible. The cost was high for the reduced amenities. Breakfast was being charged at $18 a person, while it was an all you can eat, the food quality wasn't great. There were bake goods, cereal, coffee, juice, some hot plates like eggs, potatoes, sausages, and bacon.

Location was good, dinner in hotel is a nice addition but is not included in your stay, I feel the prices should be alittle lower especially on weekends. Breakfast not included, the tv did not work in being able to view the guide, beds weren't too comfortable.

renovated room, kind staff. the hotel was under construction and renovation and to was not clearly stated at the web site at reservation time.

The room was great Poor customer service during checkin. They refused to accept electronic copy of driver's license which was an outdated policy ?
