It was very convenient for shopping and the GO Train, as well as restaurants. The staff was all very helpful and friendly. Just a wonderful atmosphere. Just wish that it had a hot tub.

Staffs were nice and neat & clean The area is less secure and more frightening. My car was stolen from the parking lot. They should install more outdoor cameras as prevention methods

Location. No microwave. No complementary water in the room like other Holidays inn.. paid to get one at front desk. Hard to get the extra towels, cleaner told will give tomorrow when they clean the room. Front desk guy was nice when I check in.

Very clean, beautiful, affordable, and great accommodations. The receptionists were fantastic, outstanding customer service and made us feel at home The staff working at breakfast had attitudes and weren’t helpful.

Location and mattress The air conditioner that would not turn off so it was noisy all night and the room was freezing. The toilet ran all night, except when flushing it after use. Even with the bathroom door closed it could still be heard. So, between the air conditioner and running toilet, it was a noisy room! Had to position the bathroom door (sliding barn door style) in such a way that it would not hit the light switch because if it did, the lights would go out in the bathroom. Who made that design choice? This meant squeezing myself between the door frame and said door if I wanted the lights on when using the bathroom. Exterior door to the room had to be pulled hard (practically slammed shut) to lock it properly. I've never seen (or heard) anything like it. I am lucky that I can stay in a hotel for two nights (and choose where I want to stay), so I want to keep this in perspective. There are bigger issues going on in the world today compared to how comfortable my stay was. But, it still needs to be said here as I don't think what I outlined in the above paragraphs could be fixed with a simple phone call to the front desk or DIY by reading a hotel directory (which was not visible if one did exist). I might expect these issues at a chain that's at a lower price point but they should not exist at the prices this chain is asking for (even if my room was one of the "cheaper" rooms). Very disappointing. I don't see myself returning in the near future (sorry) unless I want to gamble on another stay.
