Had to go to Chicago for a family emergency and coming back to the hotel at night was very comforting

Smelled weird floors very sticky . Bathroom floor had a whole puddle by the toilet when arriving .

Don't stay there, you'll regret hardly!

Room was filthy. Especially the floor. Hasn't been cleaned for months. Sticky and dirty. Also -- no coffee on site. No utensils at all in the kitchen (thought this was an extended stay). And the flies --- killed 24 of them. Water flow in the sink was maybe 15%.

We got there and told them we had a reservation and they told me they had no rooms and to call Expedia. Horrible place.

Nothing means nothing I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was in poor condition, with too many mosquitoes and a dirty carpet. Basic facilities were missing there was no soap, no drinking water, windows not close properly and nothing that you would normally expect in a proper hotel room. Customer service was also very rude and unhelpful. When I arrived, the reception desk was closed, and many guests were left waiting without any assistance. The overall environment did not feel safe or welcoming. Additionally, the parking lot looked more like a mechanic shop, with junk cars parked everywhere. This place does not meet basic hotel standards, and I would not recommend staying here.

I didn't stay there very unclean

The name was misleading it is a motel 6. No amenities not even soap! It wasn’t the cleanest , it had a television and the bed was ok. I won’t stay here again

The staff was rude and unprofessional arguing with guest because they over booked rooms and had a customer come into his room while he was in the bathroom. I asked her for her name she wouldn’t give up her name. Her mom said told there and condone her grown child behavior. She everything was tacky

Nothing There were 3 separate guests plus me that were all told that the facility had overbooked all of our reservations and that we did not have a room at 9:30 on a Friday night. The clerk also indicated that this was not an isolated incident SO BE CAREFUL!!!

How about Spirit who goes to the hotel? The hotel is closed. They have like a schedule like a store. They’re open from 9 to 10. That’s ridiculous. Every hotel usually stays open late.

The staff, however, were very nice and helpful when I could find them. I tried to go to the desk about the AC unit and nobody was there or came back for about 20 minutes so I just dealt with the heat.
