DO NOT BOOK HERE 0/10. Everything to do with this place is horrendous. The staff, not helpful at all. I told them multiple times that I saw a roach in my room, they did not move my room, they told me they would have someone come to spray the room, and that never happened. When telling the staff they asked what room I was in and then proceed to start saying "oh it came from" and then stopped so they obviously know that there is a problem. The trash cans, FULL, OVERFLOWING with trash (no wonder there was roaches). The amenities, pool, drain cover off and pool was disgusting. Fitness room, "out of order" maybe because they don't even have any equipment, its full with more trash. After one guest checked out, the door was left open all day and all you could smell was cat piss. I am sure that there is so so so much more that I am missing but this was the WORST hotel that I have been to EVER.

My husband and I stayed here while we were on vacation , the staff was very friendly and nice. We love the location, close to shopping and restaurants. When we plan our vacation, this is where we pick to stay, we have been staying here for the past few years, and we love it and would highly recommend it !!!

Room was old and needs to be refreshed! Room smelled like Marijuana! Mattress was old and needs to be replaced! TV in room didn’t work! My room was never cleaned!

the room was clean, staff was friendly, we had a truck and trailer and had no issues with parking.

Peeling paint in bathroom and ceiling by the door, pool wasn't clean, siding falling off the filter house.

dirty stained bedding gave attitude when asked to switch rooms only wanted to give 2 towel attitude when asked for more

Staff were nice and helpful, however there was peeling paint everywhere, and in the pool. The room wasn't clean.

No disrespect but the staff were impossible to comprehend. It took me 45 mins to find my room the first night because the staff gave terrible directions and I could not understand them for the life of me

No charge for pet. Close to everything. Can walk to restaurants. Not clean. Elevator sometimes didn’t work.

Needs more pillows, better lighting, pool needed to be clean. More towels as well.

However, this last visit may be the one to break my back. My stay was three nights. There were two concerns I noted to the desk attendant. One was the AC. It worked and cooled the room but, the unit definitely had mechanical issues. The noise when the unit turned on rose 23db levels. Sounded like a wind turbine. I took a sound meter and measured 60db to 83db with the AC off vs on. The AC was so loud it woke us up several times during the night. The soap dispenser was broken and liquid soap flooded the sink. The desk attendant informed me that in-room service must be requested every morning. I did this. First day when we made it back to the room and all was fine. Second day when we returned to the room nothing had been done. I went to the desk to report this and get clean towels. The Desk attendant argued with me stating that the room had been cleaned because it was check marked on her paper. When I invited her to come look for herself she became very agitated and accused me of yelling at her. I immediately realized she was looking for a fight and then requested the towels which I received and left the desk area. Terrible service. Will call the property manager tomorrow.

Location only Hair dryer is not working, no facial tissue, conditioner, lotion, toothpaste, toothbrush most especially breakfast.

Sheets and linens clean. Room clean. Shower curtain crooked, drained water on to floor. Shampoo dispenser empty or jammed. Mini-fridge solid with frost.

The staff was very helpful. The bed was comfortable. The A/C was awesome! It was also really quiet despite the large numbers of rooms that were occupied. Great parking and walking distance some nice eateries. The only glitch was that the room cards were reset once a day and that staff had no idea why. But they quickly did a reboot.
