Everything was great except there weren’t many outlets available around the room for items like a sound machine or night light for the kids. Also the kitchen and snack area were closed at 1pm together. Other than that everything was fantastic.

Everything perfectly !!

The room was bare-bones with no amenities expected in a comparably priced hotel. The best I can say it was a room to sleep, nothing more. Very disappointing.

Our "poolside" room was on the 2nd floor (no elevator). Apparently they consider a room to be poolside if it faces the pool. I assumed it meant we would have direct access to the pool. It didn't really matter since the outside pool was closed for a large portion of our stay due to "staffing issues." One of our queen size beds was broke and sunk to the floor when I sat on it. They said they would try to get us a new room the 2nd day but after carrying heavy luggage upstairs and unpacking I decided not to even pursue it. There was no microwave in the room. They stocked it with 1 washcloth and 2 towels. In addition, Dutch Wonderland, the amusement park recently purchased this hotel which is directly next to it. I purchased tickets to the amusement park prior to our trip only to be told when checking in that it was closed the week of our stay. I would not recommend staying at this motel. It was very disappointing for me and my granddaughter.

1000% would NOT RECOMMEND. Lobby was updated but that's about the only nice thing I can say. The rooms were so dirty, I wish I would have left early and complained. The carpet in the room was DAMP. All the time, wet carpet. How gross. And the bathroom/shower area had small hairs on the shower wall and the shampoo bottles before we even used it. So humid and muggy in the room, I bet there was mold in there and the air conditioner. I stayed with another family and this was their experience too unfortunately.

Overall the stay was nice. The staff was friendly. We were very disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed due to staff shortage. We booked specifically for the slide/pool. The room was nice and clean but the bathroom had a very low drop ceiling and was tiny so it felt very claustrophobic. We loved the fire Pitt.

On the website, everything was cute and organized it but since you get there, nobody pay attention to you. The room was dirty. The vibe was that with a lot of hair maybe for the housekeeping I don’t know my bed, hot cockroach. It was awful. The pool was closed. I don’t know awful

The room initially appeared tidy, but once we began wiping down surfaces, we discovered how dirty it actually was. Our wipes were filthy after cleaning the door and desk/dresser area. The bathroom had hair in the sink and tub, sticky residue on the tub handles, a filthy floor, and, most disturbing, a significant amount of old, dried urine underneath the toilet seat. We ended up scrubbing and disinfecting the room ourselves. We reported the condition to the front desk and received breakfast vouchers. The next morning I personally spoke with manager Sebastian and later asked the front desk to radio him for follow-up. Despite multiple opportunities, he never followed up with me, which was extremely disappointing. Breakfast was limited and not good, with small flies/gnats around the pastry area. The outdoor pool slide and snack bar were also closed. I do want to recognize Felicia from housekeeping, whom we met at checkout. She was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Problems happen, but basic cleanliness and management follow-through are non-negotiable. Based on our experience, I would not return.

My husband asked a housekeeping member for more towels, since we only received 2 towels for a room meant for 4 people. He was told that our room “wasn’t on their list” and could not help him. That’s unacceptable.

The whole property was very children friendly.

The biggest issue was the outdoor pool. When I arrived, the pool was closed because there was no lifeguard. This was not explained to me during check-in; I only found out after I asked about the pool. I was told that the outdoor pool would be available the following day, but that did not really help because I was planning to leave and did not want a late check-out just to use a pool that should have been available during my stay. Overall, for the price we paid, I expected a much better experience. Between the small rooms, cleanliness issues, expensive breakfast, lack of staff, and the pool situation, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Location was great. Staff was helpful and wonderful. Pool area and splash pad great but not open long enough. Restaurant was OK but a little short staffed. Rooms needed a rehab. Especially the bathroom area. Sink was OK. Shower definitely not. Carpet also needed replacement as it was very dirty - white socks were black within 20 minutes. Temperature control was not good. It cooled but was really humid in the room and we were on the second floor. But the cons were outweighed by the positives and if I was going to the amusement park I would likely book it again.

It was a great experience. The room was clean, bathroom was so clean and new. the amenities were fantastic to keep the kids happy and busy! The arcade, the pool, the splash pad, the restaurant.. we tried them all and we all agreed that we would come back for sure! 👌 the location was so convenient, you literally walk to the park! But with or without the park, the Inn is great!

The carpet of every room (at least on the first floor where our room was) were all wet/moist. We had to switch rooms because of the smell of mold

Very dirty rooms. Wallpaper peeling off, no lotion, towels so small you’re lucky if you can dry one leg with. Also no tubs, say you’re a family hotel but how can I bathe my toddler without a tub. Breakfast should be free, not good food for $15/person. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
-
At first we were sent to the wrong room. It was already occupied by another couple, but they straightened out and gave us another room so that helped.
-
The indoor pool was closed to "focus on the outdoor pool". We only had 2 towels for 3 people, we asked at the front desk for more. They said they do not keep any and housekeeping would bring them. They never did. The walls are extreamly thin. Not well themed for the park either.

Pool amazing 👏

Staff and pool were great..bunk beds perfect for our family of 4

Do that I don’t know where to begin. The bathroom in the room was dirty. It had rubber bands in the shower. I don’t know if that was from a crackhead from the previous guest. there was one towel in my room for three people what are supposed to do share a towel I asked for a towel took them two hours to bring more towels then they dumped the towels in front of the door in a bag how ghetto can I be? After I leave this review, please don’t send an automated response. Tell me you’re sorry I don’t wanna see an automated response. I love the fact that there was urine on the carpet. I don’t know why anybody would wanna stay here. If I could get a zero stars, I would but obviously Expedia won’t let you.
