Great place to stay at. 5star

Great stay, but if you are only a guest the waterpark is not included in your stay and will have to pay. You have to be a villa owner or member to have free access.

Everything there is meant for the owners. If you are not an owner of a property there good luck. You have to wait till 11am to be able to go in the water park. You sign up for their loyalty program and you don’t receive any of the discount because they are only for the owners. They do absolutely nothing to attract you to even want to come back except their ridiculous presentation to convince you to buy a property. They offer you $150 gift card and a free breakfast. I have a timeshare at Hilton and they don’t just think about the one that are already owners plus they offer you $350 gift card and discounts on everything. I would not go back to this property. Oh I almost fell on some loose tiles on the way to the pool.

The staff was also very nice and friendly and very accommodating and wanting to make sure our stay was a great experience and comfortable. I would come back here every time.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, food was just ok on site. We never got to use the pool or water park in 2 days because they closed it, even when lightning was hours away. Will be back for a second chance and longer stay to see if we can get the full experience.

Very nice very clean and very satisfying

The resort has many restaurants where to choose from. And so many activities for children and a big dog park. Wonderful!

Very clean and made the trip enjoyable. Great place to call home away from home.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The AC was not working properly, and I had to change rooms twice. The bathroom ceiling was also leaking, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I expected much better accommodations and service.

Friendly staff, convenient location.

It's an ok place to stay need an update renewal, do not operate like a hotel it operates as a villa rental center No Room house keeping included No sheets or towels replaced if not ask for it. water park is a separate cost . the daily resort charge is for things most people vacationing don't use. Is most targeted to time share or residential.

For someone who’s never been here, this place is huge! It took me a good 24 hours of “exploring” to get a good grip on everything. They really do have just about anything you need there, if not it is directly across the Main Street from the biggest Walmart I’ve ever been to in my life! Perfect location for gift shops and waterparks Disney and everything else is close. The water park at the resort was the best! It’s FULL of different activities and water slides. The lazy man river was a fan favorite and we spent hours there! The property is beautiful and has wildlife. My son absolutely loved it and so did we, can’t wait to come back!
