Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and convenient to the shopping area and attractions. Did not like the fact that you have to ask for daily room cleaning, otherwise it is not touched until after you checkout. I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel and so close to Mt. Rushmore which we enjoyed visiting the next day. The staff were very helpful. Thanks to Kadian, Kevin for their help with checking us in. Also Julio the morning staff for giving information about the place to visit. Terrible parking space though for a big hotel. Breakfast was nice.

Your coffee was very good, breakfast was good but it was the same every day I would like to see it changed up a little bit. The pool and hot tub were excellent no complaints there. Overall, I had a great five-night stay.

Breakfast menu is good and location is very convenient to attractions. Room size is very small for 2 beds.

I can't think of anything to complain about. The facility was close to spotless inside and out. Ylises, who took care of our room did a fantastic job. The breakfast was very good. and the location in Keystone couldn't have been better for sightseeing the Black hills.

Breakfast was great, mini omelets, sausage, waffles as well as bread, fruit and yogurt. This place was the best stay of our most recent road trip.

Everything was great. Parking is sometimes a challenge. We felt we needed to plan away activities to where we were back a couple of hours b4 new day’s check ins. The last couple days around 8 spots were blocked off for buses. That was only thing close to a negative. Would prefer not to have to worry about that. Everything inside was great. Breakfast daily was fantastic eggs waffles danish oranges bananas cereal coffee OJ plus toast and bagels. I probably missed something . Next trip it’s where we plan to stay.
