Our room was spacious, and I especially liked that the bathroom had a large counter top area with lots of room for two people to put their things without crowding each other out, and it had nice lighting and a large mirror so two people could be there at the same time. The people there were very friendly and helpful. We would DEFINITELY stay there again.

It was easy to walk to the small town and close to mount Rushmoore

It’s nice, nothing special. Breakfast was crazy busy.

Limited choice of apples no bananas or oranges. No yogurt or hard boiled eggs.

A few large holes in asphalt. No sidewalk from hotel to town, which was very dangerous. Nice view, clean large king room. Fisrt night was in queen and bunkers which was all that was available. Very dark, small and loud footsteps from upstairs not a good night. Last 2 were much better as we were in king room on top floor. Thanks.

The rooms and public places It was clean and in Old Town Keystone. It is near all of the main sightseers sites. It has a long drive in which made it private and quiet. I really like this place. The only downside is that it is dated. I would stay here again. The staff really care about the quality of your stay.

Hotel is just that a place to lay your head and rest and shower. Run down, carpet tears, smells like mildew and pine sol cleaner in the room. Ants were crawling on floor and side table between beds. Carpet filthy and bathroom walls need major deep cleaning. Would not stay again.

Hotel had only 1 elevator . No sidewalk to town. Very dangerous.

Very recommended.

Sheets had a stain, tub drained very, very slowly. Everything is rusty in the bathroom. There was pubic hair in the corner of the bathroom. GROSS!! Our ema said our charge would be $111.80 and I was charged $138.40 The man checking me out was useless. Very disappointed

Elevator was not working on the east side of the building and the staff stated that it has been down all year. Someone should have this fixed as I believe this is a safety issue.

The floor in our room did not appear to have been vacuumed. While the view would’ve been lovely from the room, the window was dirty. We got a photo from the balcony instead. The hot water took forever to reach the shower, and never made it to the sinks. The hot tub was closed, one of the main reasons we had booked the hotel. Breakfast was unappealing, but the coffee was tasty. The location was ideal for visiting Mount Rushmore.

Quiet, great views, full breakfast.

Great place to stay with family.

Our double room was so small we could barely get around. Ac was extremely loud, so much humidity in the room there was mold on the ceiling, bathroom floors were filthy. Will never stay at this property again.

How close it was to things. My room was dirty. Rooms are extremely small. Staff isnt helpful. The view is so small you need binoculars. For what i paid i was extremely disappointed. And there was a car alarm going off in the middle of the night for over an hour

Great location! Breakfast foods were horrible! Sausage sat in an inch of grease; scrambled eggs were sheet pan eggs and tasted blah. Toaster burned toast on bottom so could possibly need a cleaning. Milk - in fridge that was dirty aka not cleaned. Couldn’t believe there was actually a TIP vase on the counter, let alone, by the food. Room wise, AC worked great. Bed was comfortable but found that there is a mouse living within the box spring. We were “visited” by him in the morning.
