Not clean,, outdated, mosquitoes all over the place, towels were white, probably 10 years ago now they grey

This hotel is beautiful, and the service is outstanding. From the moment you approach the front desk, they offer you a drink. I've been encouraging all my friends to visit. I can't wait to return and stay for a few days longer!

Amazing facility and staff!

the room we were in had no AC and we were changed to another room after waiting for a while because the phone in the room didnt work either. it was late at night when we finally got moved.

It’s nice for the area

The infant mattress looked like it had bodily fluids. (I have several photos) Regardless of the source of the stains, I find it deeply concerning that a mattress intended for an infant could be provided to a family in this condition. Infant mattresses and sleeping surfaces should be thoroughly inspected, sanitized, and maintained between guests.

We had a fantastic time at this cozy establishment. The customer service was impeccable; they promptly sent someone to check the faulty TV in our room within three minutes. The cocktails and food were delicious and reasonably priced. However, we did wish they offered more entertainment options for children. Overall, it was a great experience and we highly recommend it.

Beach avoid due to seaweed issues ; may want to check on timing . Seaweed is a big issue.

Room was very clean and organized. They always have stacked of water bottles and fresh towels when you need them. They make up the bed, clean the floor and bathroom every day. Staff are nice and helpful. Outdoor pool is nice, clean and warm. Hot tub is also nice and clean! We have a pool view which is nice if you just want to hangout in the balcony and relax or maybe read your favorite book.

The beach was awful. The staff were rude. The outdoor pool is way smaller than it appears in pictures and there aren’t enough chairs. The room was fine.

Only issue for me was the location. I found it far from downtown or old town. But Hotel is nice with good food and vibes
