Nice hotel within close proximity to the marina for boat charters, also close to dining options and other activities. The staff was professional and polite. and suites were spacious and clean. I would stay here again!

Not worth the money

Very warnout property. It may be over 60 years old. Smelly carpets, noisy AC

The charging spots were occupied by regular cars and the excuse it was that the parking lot was full and can only be used by guests (which is not bad). The pool is small, at some point it was packed. The bar closes at 7 and no food provided rather than couple os snacks from a mini market

Only one night stay, enjoy the pool and clean room.

We arrived late after traveling for 12 hours and the desk clerk wasn't very helpful. After we found our room I couldn't locate an ice machine, which surprised me for the price of the room. I was under the impression that breakfast was included based on what the website said, but we were told that it was not. It would have been most helpful to receive a map of the hotel since we were unfamiliar with this hotel. But I couldn't find one. What I thought would be good value for 1 night of rest, was very disappointing. On a positive note the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Great place for family

We had a wonderful stay here. The heated pool is large and very enjoyable, and it was a great bonus that we could watch the World Cup during our stay. The property has a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, and all the staff members we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Our suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room felt even better in person than it looked in the photos. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and made our stay very pleasant N/A

The best hotel i have been with my family and the kids. The location is near to all attractions in the key west. The rooms are pretty large and bring good vibes. The pool is actually a junior olympic size which is greatly appreciated by all of us.

The hotel is physically nice, but we were mistakenly charged $55.53 for room service THAT WE DID NOT ORDER or RECEIVE. Reportedly, the day after we were there, they changed computer booking software and have been unable to "find" our reservation, and/or refund our money. Five weeks ago, we sent them proof of our stay, and the Room Service charges, and that has not helped. Now the manager is simply unresponsive to our emails and voicemails. Shame on him!
