The Lodge at Jackson Hole

The property is showing it’s age and definitely is not worth the $650 per night price tag. Our room was serviced only once in the four days we were there. The toilet seat was broken. Bird droppings were on the ledge outside the window. The pool was not cleaned and vacuumed. I would not recommend this property

Great family place! Not super fancy but very clean and well maintained. Perfect for those who want something nice but don’t want to break the bank.

We enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at The Lodge at Jackson Hole. The room was spacious, bed and pillows were comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect for us. We also enjoyed their breakfast buffet for only $5/adult before hiking and sightseeing each day.

Good equipment and breakfast was good, free parking The only issue was the person in the reception who was rude and unfriendly the day we checked in the hotel compere the employees at the restaurant who were extremely nice and service oriented

Overall great place to stay in Jackson Hole. A little light on food and beverage offerings on property, but otherwise excellent.

Perfect location!

Super friendly staff, room was nice and great location to access Grand Teton and downtown Jackson Hole. Quiet at night, clean rooms.

The lodge was cozy and clean. Good size rooms and bathroom. I hate when a bathroom is small and you can't move around in it. Breakfast was good. I do wish it was complimentary but 5 dollars isn't bad. Staff was polite and helpful

We stayed in 5 hotels between Jackson, grand Teton and Yellowstone, and this was my kids' favorite. They loved the indoor/outdoor pool, the wooden bears everywhere, the free breakfast buffet for kids- all of it. It was such a nice place to unwind at the end of the day. It had a great laundry room too right by the pool area. Well definitely recommend this place to any friends who ask where to stay in Jackson.

The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was ok, could have been more options for the price, but it everything was well prepared and tasty. It was also a pretty good location for sight seeing in Jackson Hole (not right downtown, but only 10 minutes away by car and it was also on the busline so various ways to access the city and surrounding area. I would definitely stay again!

Front desk staff were a bit indifferent. Pleasant but not very welcome or appreciative. Again, for the $$$, would be nice to have someone say "thank you" on the way out. Breakfast buffet: Staff needs to speak English somewhat. I have Celiac Disease (gluten-free) and trying to discern if certain breakfast items were safe was next to impossible.

Staff was not very helpful with the few questions I had. Shuttle to and from town was a huge perk.

Fior that price I WANT THE ROOM CLEANED EVERY DAY, A BREAKFAST THAT IS WITHOUT DIRTY COUNTERS, AND A STAFF THAT MAY NOT BE REMINDED THAT SOME GUESTS MAY SPEAK THEIR LANGUAGE AND UNDERSTAND HOW THEY CURSE OUT THEIR GUESTS

Bathroom with two shower heads were a hit with our family. Some of us used the hot tub and the gym for recovery. Love the decor and the location. Easy access to target, REI, and a gas station. 5 min driving to all restaurants.

Room was very clean. Housekeeping only comes a few days per week, so we had to seek them out for more toilet paper. Called front desk for utensils and they didn’t have anyone to deliver to room. Amenities available on site are convenient. Easy check in and out.

There is not house keeping every day, but if you need something they bring it. There is a nice indoor/outdoor pool area. There could have been a few more lounge chairs. Also a hot tub and an exercise room on property. They have a $5 breakfast buffet that was quite nice. There is a lounge area, however we did not go there. There are restaurants within walking distance. There is also a free bus that will take you into downtown Jackson. The same bus system will take you to Teton Village for $3/person. They run until quite late at night. Check in does not happen until 4 pm to arrange your arrival accordingly. All and all a very comfortable stay.
