Aesome location- short walk to town, and the pool and hut tubs indoor and outdoor!!

Great location. Nice hot tub and pool. The staff in the lobby were nice and welcoming.

We requested a quite room, but received room facing tour hotel tour buses drop-off, pick-up, hotel tour bus storage & clean up, so bus diesel fumes often entered room through door with huge gaps. When we went to front desk to inquire on changing rooms, a long haired female rudely and loudly interrupted by saying: "We don't guarantee quiet rooms" shut down day 1 of 5 by staff that didn't care. Motel build quality is poor & noise is a major problem from in-wall AC/heater, restaurant, dumpsters, & busses causing crazy loud noises & disruptions all hours of day & night. Updated style & quality products don't make up for lost sleep from noise and uncaring staff. Plumber was called day one to unclog bathroom tub drain, & housekeeping to refill products & towels were tattered. Would not recommend staying here.

The motel is very nice, clean and great location. The only downside was the people above as it’s only a two story building. It was ridiculously loud and noisy from 6:45 am and then would go at night from 8-11:30 pm the two nights we stayed. Even with earplugs and a pillow over my head it’s not quiet. All in all it’s a quaint place; however, I’d not stay again on a bottom floor room,

Rooms and grounds were clean. Beds not comfortable for us. Could get noisy at night

The theme is cute at this place, but the older part of the complex is a motel that has been retrofitted to look nice. Our room had a view of a privacy screen, came with earplugs, a cleaning vacuum was left outside or door, and they came to clean the room as soon as I checked out. For the price I paid, I was disappointed.

Very clean & contemporary room. Location was great - very walkable to town square with all the shops & restaurants. My husband is a mountain biker and had easy access to trails as well.

Good location

Our room was clean and large. We had a King Studio. It was nice to have a kitchen during our stay. The road noise next to the hotel should be mentioned. We ran the AC and wore the earplugs that they conveniently provided to drown out the noise. Easy check in and check out but our room was on the 3rd floor and no elevator. It was a lot lugging our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Rooms are expensive so read the fine print to make sure this hotel is a fit for you.

I loved all the storage, shelves, countertop space and large sink in our double queen bed room. Perfect for all the different gear needed for hiking. The hotel was super generous too! When booking the room I commented that we were on our honeymoon and they gave us a goody basket of a bottle of wine and snacks and a note wishing us well. I’d definitely recommend staying here for any type of trip to the Jackson area.

Great location. Friendly staff. Outdoor fire pit was nice in the evenings.

Stayed for 3 nights while hiking in GTNP and it was perfect. You could walk to the downtown area in just a few minutes and the outdoor pool and hot tub area were fabulous and very clean. They also had fire pits in many locations on the property and parking was great. Rooms had lots of spaces for storing your luggage and backpacks and were very clean.

The 2BR suite was perfect for a family traveling with kids/teens. Spacious with a kitchen for quick breakfasts before heading out for the day.

Clean room friendly staff

I had a king room which was nice but the bathroom was tiny and the shower curtain allowed water to spray all over the room. The room had a lot of space to store and hang gear which was nice.
