Hampton Inn Long Island/Islandia

Everything was as expected. The only thing that I dont find at many hotels is a firmer pillow. But that was negligible.

Great location right off the highway an near shopping centers and restaurants. Breakfast was decent. Pool looked dirty and smelled like chlorine heavily. The toilets are extremely loud you cannot flush at night or it will wake everyone up. The beds are extremely uncomfortable pillows are not helpful to off set how bad the mattress is you can fill every lump and coil the mattress has. I am not sure if it was just are mattress but both beds in are room where terrible. If you have back issues I do not suggest this hotel at all. Also if you are a person that needs to have an elevator for any type of disability I would also think twice due to the fact it has one working elevator that I would not take my chances of being stuck on a floor incase it breaks as well. The staff was kind especially the lady who works in the afternoon front desk she was extremely kind. The room bathroom had the pink slime all around the floor and door frame. I am adding the video of the elevator. If you need to book here call to confirm both elevators are working for ADA purposes. Also I did not see a license on the one elevator. Overall I do not recommend.

Breakfast was sparse. One elevator was out of order and the other would not stop on the second floor going down. Room decor was not what I've seen in other Hampton Inns. It was more like a Motel 6. I was disappointed. A 3 rating is generous.

Staff was very helpful. Just I can't say stay little longer, but next time I will try. To enjoy the days in your beautiful hotel.

Room was immaculate, employees were friendly, and breakfast was good. My only complaint is the outside smoking area should be moved. Being a non smoker, I don't want to walk through the smoking area to get to the parking lot.

This property needs a major cleaning. The pool was disgusting. It needs to be power washed and bleached. The rooms shower had mildew above the shower. There’s no vent fan to remove the moisture so the entire room felt wet. The beds are extremely firm. No room curtains just a pull down shade so light comes in. We requested a crib and did not receive it after asking at check-in. I would not stay here again and it was unfortunately a 3 night stay. Would have liked to check out early but the penalty was the full nights amount.

The Hotel was centrally located to my needs. The staff was great especially Diea. She was excellent!! Sorry if I didn't spell it correctly . The breakfast was awsome especially the mini waffles and bagles

Scam. Hotel gave away a pre-paid room due to a later check-in DESPITE having talked to the front desk and notating the request. Do NOT trust this property with your travel plans.

It was clean breakfast was included, and it was close to the highway. Plus, it had a really nice pool.
