Nice location. Lots of weddings! The only downside was the pillows were really thick and hard. So, I woke up with a crick in my neck every morning.

The elevators are extremely slow and the room I was in (333) was over the hotel entry. Guests outside were very loud until 2:30a. I could not sleep. At 12:30a, I called the front desk no answer and it took 3 tries to get a staff member who said she would call Security and ask the loud guests to relocate but never did. They continued another 2 hours. Very disappointed, this is a hotel for work purposes that I am/was hoping to stay at monthly

The parking lot is in desperate need of repaving. The rooms are clean but need renovating and so do the corridors. Looks dingy when you step off the elevator. Two elevators were not working the weekend we stayed, only one was in use out of 3 and we waited almost 10 minutes for a less crowded elevator and our room was on the 10th floor. And maximum occupancy on the elevator was 6 and it was way beyond that. They will charge you $5.00 each for the two bottles of “complimentary water”. Free if you are a Hyatt Regency Elite member. For the price they charge per night they could at least give a complimentary breakfast instead of the $25.00 per person to eat in the Terrace Cafe.

Overall a great place. Minimal noise even w 6 wedding parties in our experience. Breakfast was great and I am very picky.

The hotel is on the older side but beautiful! They are renovating, but I love that the building is so classic, the lobby is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. The room was comfortable and clean. Really liked the shower! Staff was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Welcoming staff. Place is clean and outdoor pool area felt like a mini resort. I would definitely stay again.

Although it seems to be located in an isolated area, the location was very convenient to good food and shopping. The property is well maintained and the staff very accommodating

I wish the room was a little bit cleaner

PS: mattress way too firm for my preference.

It looks like they spent all their money on the lobby, because the rest of the hotel was terrible. The room's carpeting was dirty and smelly, there was no fan in the bathroom at all, no towel rack or shelf by the sink, which was outside the bathroom. The carpeting in the hallways was lifted and dirty. The elevators were not working half the time and we had to use the service elevators, which also took forever. Breakfast was not included, but cost $30 for cereal and other garbage they likely serve at Motel 8. The parking lot was full of potholes. Clearly whoever is managing this property needs to get fired.

Food was excellent . LOVED the pools! Front Desk awesome! Would love to do extended stay there. Grounds were excellently maintained Could not adjust showerhead. I was too short.

Rooms were spacious and clean. I highly recommend this property.
-
the elevator were not working just one
-
poor elevators, major issues.
-
Room service was the worse we ever had, orders were incomplete and the food was disgusting. Once again and even worse this time, the front desk staff was extremely rude during check out process. Overall, the stay was horrendous, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The ENTIRE exterior, including our little balcony, which was full of green mold, needs major powerwashing. Pool was full of green algae, and many light fixtures out. Outdoor pool was NOT heated. Almost entire interior of hotel needs painting.
-
Pools One staff member was extremely rude and abrubt with a ghetto attitude.
-
Location Pool water was dirty couldn’t swim, terrible internet, lobby had water leaking out of the ceiling, only 1 elevator was working.
