Everything was excellent

Clean rooms and great staff! Enjoy our 3 day stay with my wife and kid!

Overall it was a great hotel, staff was super friendly and helpful.

Great place for a min vacation. Clean hotel

However, there were a couple of things that disappointed us. At breakfast, my husband and I ordered a latte and cappuccino and were charged $25 each ($50 total). We were never informed that specialty coffees were extra, let alone that they would cost $25 each. We found this very frustrating and felt the charge was unfair and misleading. At that price, we could have enjoyed several better coffees elsewhere. Guests should be clearly informed of significant additional charges before ordering. We were also surprised that the room had no dresser or drawers for clothing and personal belongings. For a luxury hotel, having proper storage to unpack and organize our things should be a basic amenity. Overall, we loved the property, pools, cleanliness, and birthday gesture, but the unexpected coffee charges and lack of storage took away from what could have been an excellent stay.

Clean room

Spacious, clean, high ceiling rooms. Property was clean and had multiple ice/water stations in the pool area. Family-friendly with various food options throughout property. Activity center had games, crafts and kid movies playing. Market had everything you might have forgotten to pack, plus food, bakery items and coffee/drinks. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

Our room was great and staff as well. Thought they could have done better keeping the pool areas picked up. Quite a few empty cups lying around where people had left. Overall was great and will return.

We absolutely loved our short stay this summer. The pools were great and the service was top notch. We will definitely be back!

I liked that there is a lot of different pools. A lot of space How well maintained it is. Staff was amazing from check in to the restaurants and valets. If we would walk by staff they made sure to say hi

Property is great, we loved all the pool areas and there was plenty of seating and food options on the property. The only inconvenience we experienced was the parking kiosk. We were given a parking tag with bar code to scan at kiosk for in/out access and half the time it didn’t work to get in or out. If I’m already paying $300/night for my stay and another $35/night to park I really don’t want issues coming and going. There is a call box so someone can open gate, however is appears this is a continuous issue and staff is aware so I feel like the technical issues should be sorted out.

Excellent! Really enjoyed the stay and will highly recommend, great place for families with kids!

Was not able to use the main amenity which is the pool. They were the only hotel in the area to close the pool due to thunderstorms. I called 3 hotels and all of them were open. Had to checkout early and leave, didn’t even get my refund back. Will not be going back to this hotel again.
