I arrived on time for my check in and it wasn’t ready I said okay gave my number as requested and went out to eat and do a little shopping I called them around 3:30pm and I was told my room wasn’t ready I asked when will it be ready the staff said due to shortage of staffing my room won’t be ready for another hour here’s the thing I drove a long way in 117 degrees weather and needed to get fresh if up for a meeting and I couldn’t do that and plus the room they put me in the door wasn’t sealed or secured. I didn’t stay 2 nights I stayed one I will not stay at best western on HWY 1111 again I should not have to pay for 2days when I checked in at 5:30 pm and checked out the next day at 11.am oh let me not forget I received 2 bottles of warm water and a bag of peanuts for being inconvenience

Great breakfast keeps us coming back! Eggs, hashbrowns and bacon cooked to order between 7-10am. My son loved the pancakes. There are also the usual continental options if you prefer. I did notice a couple of drain flies in the room's bath tub but didn't stay long enough to need to shower.

I really liked this hotel, is my first time booking there and definitely is not the last. Room was clean, bathroom was clean as well the AC worked perfectly, staff was friendly and breakfast the top of the nutch

1st and foremost, the price matters! The location of this hotel provides what I'm searching for. Not too much selection for breakfast, but the service was there, and breakfast is freeeee!

I had an amazing stay. Best Western offered a spectacular breakfast in the morning. The pool was clean and cool. The staff was friendly. I liked it. Two thumbs up!!

The room was wonderful, the pool was large, breakfast was good, but got really busy. BUT, there was a HUGE cockroach in the bathtub and freaked me out for the rest of the trip. Initially we wanted to stay there again, but I will be forever worried about that happening again.
