We loved the pool and the hot tub.

things like the shelf in the shower, the corners of the rooms could’ve been a little cleaner (dusty, strands of hair) but overall we had a good experience. Would consider staying again!

Some of the amenities were outdated, particularly the gym, although I still appreciated having one available. I also appreciated the water cooler, cookies, and tea bar in the lobby. However, I was concerned about the large cooler of alcohol bottles in the lobby. There were times when it appeared to be unattended. Some guests who were clearly intoxicated brought bottles from the lobby into the hot tub area, which created a safety concern. I also had an upsetting experience with a couple at the pool who said they were regular guests. They were drinking heavily, and the wife made blatantly racist remarks to me, apparently not realizing that I am in an interracial relationship. I later learned that they had previously been flagged for making inappropriate comments at the pool. If the hotel is already aware of this pattern of behavior, I hope it will take stronger steps to protect other guests. I’m glad we used the pool on our first day because it was out of order by the second day, which was disappointing. We also found a ball underneath our bed, suggesting that the room had not been cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been. There were definitely positive aspects to our stay, but the cleanliness issue, alcohol-related safety concerns, and handling of repeat guests with known inappropriate behavior need attention.

My room was dusty and overwhelmed with air freshener that was obviously maskng something. The walls and carpets were stained. I booked a suite for 6 people. The sofa bed was still made in dirty sheets from the previous guest. I reported this immediately at check in. I was promised the it would be removed and fresh bedding would be left in the room for the sofa as well as a roll away bed. When I returned at 830pm the sofa bed still had the dirty bedding. There was no roll away. The front desk was trying to help but house keeping insisted the bedding situation was taken care of. It was not! Finally after much back and forth asking, following up and asking again the beds were made and we were able to get adequate pillows by 1030! The room only had 6 pillows when we arrived. Standard is at least 2 per person. In the morning I had to request 3 more sets of towels bc there were only enough for 3 people. I heard the front desk tell houskeeping to send full sets of towles. They only sent 3 towles and i had to ask again and wait for wash cloths. At checkout I was asked how my stay was. Housekeeping over heard and started arguing with me and the front desk person that it wasn't her fault she was told 3 towels not 3 sets. I had to tell her I wouldn't engage in an argument, ignore her carrying on while I was trying to stay on point with the front desk person who was trying to help. The building is gross too. I did not stay for the breakfast I paid for. I could not wait to leave.

Very clean

Hotel is a bit worn looking, with damaged wall paper and a very ripped couch in the lobby. Our biggest complaint is the breakfast situation. I never got mine and everyone else in our party was done and ready to go to the park. The next day, they kept screwing up the order for my friend and couldn’t get it straight that butter and cheese are dairy, which she is allergic. The beds were very uncomfortable.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Best place I have stayed at in a while.

Just right for a one night stay after s long day at Hershey Park
-
I booked a bedroom with two queen bed and when I got there I was given one king bed and sofa

The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. They had turkey sausage.

The room also had a old carpet smell so i went to the supermarket to get carpet fresh. There was powder on the bathroom floor we did know what it was. We asked the cleaning lady if she could clean the room when we left. When we returned the power was still on the floor the carpet frest we put down was still there. The beds were not made up. The only thing she did was put new towels in the bath. Someone name Sam said they would call me to address the situation and didn't. Our experience was a mess. My wife told me to book with Marriott and i thought Hilton was a good option. But will book with Marriott next vacation.

There were stains on the walls and on a chair in the room. The toilet was so low to the ground. The pillows were not comfortable. When they text me to ask how my stay was so far, I told them the issues. They replied, "We will try harder." I thought I would at least get new pillows... On a positive note, the staff was very friendly.

There were bugs in the bed

Excellent stay. The hot tub was exactly what I needed.

However, the staff was extremely kind. Although it appears the housekeeping staff "did their own thing". This hotel is very dated. This hotel is very "beat-up". The pictures online are AI enhanced for size and appearance. Even with the kind staff I can not recommend this hotel. The price does not equate to value nor justifiable. The Assistant General Manager, Travis Kaufman, was very and offered 1/2 of my stay returned to me. I accepted yet have never seen a dollar returnes to my account. Cannot recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed using the indoor pool with our kids, and they had a great time! The pool was clean, well-maintained, and very nice. The gym was clean and good too although I didn’t use it. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable. We also appreciated the convenient free parking, which was a great bonus. Our room had a microwave and a small fridge. The location was perfect for our visit to Hersheypark, which was only about a 9-minute drive away. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for meals. Another nice touch was the complimentary tea/coffee available 24 hours a day, as well as iced water in the lobby. These little extras made our stay even more convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again!

Don’t stay here unless you want an uncleanly room with very minimal toilet paper

Stay was nice but little confusion. As far as breakfast goes one day. It was free one day I had to pay for it.

I did not like the fact that Hilton had a country wide system shut down. That made things very difficult for the staff so they could not look us up or give us keys. I did not like the $311 a night charge for a musty smelly room, ant infested bathroom, moldy bathroom and room, trash found in corners of the room, an unwashed bed with hair and grime in the sheets. This was not worth the stay for a Hilton based hotel. Most staff was fine but other staff not seeming to do a very good job. If I could go back and cancel this room I would.
