The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We appreciated the free shuttle service from and to the airport. The drivers were very friendly.

Location to the airport was good. Breakfast was poor. Receptionist was asleep when we arrived. Got a wake up call at 5:30 am which I didn't request as we wanted to sleep until about 9am after long flight.

The bed. The sheets. The pillows! All so very comfy and welcoming. The shuttle was nice. Call ahead for pick up and be aware that in the morning service begins at 5:00 AM.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We booked it for the location not expecting much other than the convenience of it being close to the airport, but the place was really modern, rooms really large and surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the airport. Modern rooms and lobby area.

Price offered exceptional value, we picked it because of Mexican restaurant next door. But place for price offered a clean and comfortable experience. Can’t think of anything. Airport shuttle was crowded, but even then it was quick.

I use the hotel when I fly from IAH. :)

Very disappointed with check in. We waiting over a half hour for the shuttle from the airport. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. However the breakfast was very sub par.
