The room was sufficient for a one night stay.
-
Just the overall stay and how the hotel is ran
-
Whenever someone above us used their shower or flushed the toilet the water noise sounded like it was coming through the walls. The location is good if you are going to MD Anderson or other medical hospitals in the area. I guess for the price this what you can expect. A alright stay, but not a great stay.

The smells and the hallways floor was a messy.
-
Price. Quiet. Short drive to MD Anderson. New owner is doing some updates so there’s some minimal Construction/Painting to bear with, but it will only get better… He seems to care about his new property The staff was OK with the exception of one version who kind of spoils it for everybody, other guests commented on her as well… Her English is poor and she doesn’t seem to be very knowledgeable if you need directions or eating suggestions. On the other hand, another person was exceptional, Susan greeted me when I arrived and really set the tone to make it a good stay.

Need more food. Nothing.

We stayed there cause it was closer to stadium. Our expectations were low but this hotel was on another level. Smell was terrible, AC was horrendously loud, we had bugs in the room. Staff was not helpful with anything, they were really annoying, unhappy people. What they call breakfast is bags of cheapest muffins an terrible quality coffee. They actually collected 'cash' money from us to keep our bags after check-out for couple hours. We had no other option but pay but never seen this in my life. Be aware!
-
great location shower head broken tv dirty no kitchen wear at all no cup no spoons no water heater the stove from the 70s
-
Budget hotel. They didn’t clean our room once during our 4 night stay. Pull out had stains everywhere and they didn’t have any additional blankets or pillows. The washroom door didn’t lock and property has basic updates. Weird smells everywhere. But it was a good price for World Cup and 7 mins from stadium.

It is under renovation, and several improvements. Clean!
-
Great location to watch events at NRG stadium that's about it.
-
When we arrive toilet was not working so they had to send maintenance because they did not have other room. Bed was extreme uncomfortable squick and they would not change room just claim no more rooms
-
The price, short of $300 per night, is way too high for the quality of the room and service. The furniture and cabinets were old and worn. The shower head was mounted too low, and there was only one travel-size shampoo and soap. There were no water bottles in the room, no coffee machine.

No me gustaría quedarme en un lugar así otra vez

The whole hotel was in terrible shape, and particularly, the rooms. The rooms are old and poorly maintained; the shower’s water pressure and temperature was bad, also the TV didn’t have any channels. The hotel took advantage of us by charging a lot of money to hold our luggages and also there was essentially no breakfast, even though they advertise one.
-
Beds were dirty, showers had other guest hair all over the shower, shower kept flexing at the bottom it felt like it was going to break.
-
Asked for bottom floor and was put on 3rd floor. Room never got cool- seamed warm most of time. Was told they would have muffins they did not have any or fruits just oatmeal packs. No coffee 24 hrs just in morning.
-
