Could it be a bit more clean, and could you add some eggs and potatoes to your breakfast.

The room was ok it had everything we needed. No body wash. The place feels unsafe and at 2:30 AM a women started screaming and there was a fight. My whole family was scared to death. Location is ok. Free parking. Included breakfast.

Well the room was clean, the property is clean,decent pool however the TV had no reception so it was off the whole time, the cleaning lady tapped loudly on my door an hour and fifteen minutes before my check out which i thought was quite disrespectful, the free breakfast was only orange juice and coffee on the house,i came up missing a personal item when I got home so a return visit here will be unlikely.

The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, from the front desk to the cleaners. The underground parking can be a bit tight, but not unmanageable. The air conditioner in our room worked so well and the pool was also a welcome respite this weekend in the muggy heat.

The breakfast choices were minimal and dining space was small

I specifically asked if the hotel had cockroaches because I had already seen them outside the building before checking in. I was assured there weren’t any, only to find cockroaches inside our room. Completely unacceptable and very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.

It was very clean very nice. The parking area was well lit. The clerk was friendly. We were able to get our key quickly and get to our room quickly. It was extremely hot in Los Angeles the day 100+ we arrived and they already had the A/C on in the room knowing guests would arrive hot and tired. There was a mini fridge in the room and microwave as well as an ice bucket and the king size bed was large and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathroom was well stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper. There was an ironing board, iron, and hangers as well. A desk under the TV if you needed to work or write. It was all clean and nice. This is our second stay here and we will be returning again soon. Breakfast is served between 6am and 9am continental style cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, and large Belgian waffles freshly made to order. Nothing.

The room was clean, although there was a slight smell of damp but nothing that would prevent me from staying again. We did have a leak in the bathroom while we were there, this had come from the room above. Staff were quick to sort it out. The pool area is a lovely feature, great to cool down in and relax. All in all, a brilliant place to stay while exploring hollywood. The staff are lovely and friendly. Breakfast is also a nice added extra. Cereal, fruit, yoghurt and freshly cooked waffles.
