Garbage bags laying around on the outside. No toilet paper in the room. Pool not in use. Would not come back here. The room was okay but not exceptional.

The staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean. However, facilities is tired and is in process of getting a facelift. The pool was closed for the stay. We were given compensation for the fact there was no pool available. This is a wonderful location on Hilton head Island and pet friendly. Hoping our next visit will show improvement in the facilities.

No hot water. Ice machine broken. Pool closed by the state of South Carolina. Staff not helpful about fixing any of these problems or when they would be fixed.

Room has mildew and smelled bad. The facility wrongfully kept my deposit. They refused to provide a receipt for my stay even though I paid AT THE PROPERTY.

Pool out of order and all ice machines out of order.

Pool closed despite listed as an amenity. AC unit covered with what appeared to be black mold.

Pool was closed. Ice machine was broken. First room we were put in the t.v. did not work. Staff obviously did not want to be there.

Location Front clerk told me to tell them when I check out if I did or didn’t use the safe to get my $9.00 back & I told them I didn’t use the safe & I never got my money back.

It was not kept properly. The ceiling was falling off. It was so dirty. And it smelled like mildew

So the staff was rude. The room was tiny. The pool was SHUT DOWN BY THE STATE! and the Ice Machine was broken. Don't stay here. Don't stay here ever.

Nothing Not clean , clothes left from last guest, room smelled bad and really dark location did not feel safe

The rooms have a moldy smell and the air conditioner wasn't working that well.

Location Pool is not open and the staff did not report this before check in

We arrived at 8:00 pm to check in. We were told that bc we were not there at 4 pm our reservation had been canceled and no other rooms were available. We were told there was no card on file. We booked through booking.com and was told booking.co did not send the card information to the hotel therefore they canceled the reservation since we didn’t arrive at 4pm. This reservation was booked a week in advance.
