Great location just outdated.

We were traveling with a toddler and newborn, so I specifically mentioned needing stroller access at check-in. We were directed to unload at an entrance with stairs and weren’t told bell services could unload our vehicle and bring everything to the room and we only learned that later. We also didn’t receive the children’s welcome bag our friends received or the complimentary arrival beverage that was supposed to be included. We booked a suite because we expected to spend more time in the room with two little ones, but the AC wasn’t working. After about four hours, and with our children needing to get to bed, we were finally moved. The second room was better, but still quite warm during the day. The bed was extremely hard and the pillows went completely flat. There were positives: the maintenance gentleman was very kind, the pools were great, the resort layout was nice, the coffee at the market was excellent and the food was decent. Overall, the stay was okay, but the price-to-value wasn’t there for us. At this price point, we expected better service, comfort and attention to detail. There are other Hilton Head resorts we would choose over this one in the future.

Large room, great staff especially maid service. Pool is gorgeous but the music was way too loud and not in keeping with the family atmosphere. Made relaxing there almost impossible. But beautiful overall property.

The property was well taken care of. Room was spacious and clean. The pools were great and drinks even better!! We will be back!

Ama at reception was super helpful and friendly! She was great and sweet. Customer service throughout the resort was great. I don’t give it a 10 out of 10 because of the property itself pretty old they renovated and try to maintain but you can tell it’s just painting over old issues. Beach and Pool were great.

Everything was great but I wish they had makeup wipes instead of using their white washcloths….

Room smelled so good when we checked in. It would be nice if room freshners were used each day on cleanup. Thank you

For a resort at this price point, you would expect basic beach and pool amenities to be included, but they charge extra for almost everything—even poolside loungers. We were also disappointed that many of the advertised kids’ activities simply never happened. Overall, the experience did not come close to justifying the price. There are definitely much better options available for the same money.

It may not sound like it, but I did enjoy my stay with a group of friends. If you don't mind spending a lot of money for everything you will probably enjoy your stay as well.

Beautiful oceanfront resort! Friendly staff!

We had a great stay - the only thing I didn't like was upon check in they tell you $100 per day will be held on your CC for incidentals and will be returned upon checkout. Fine. Well, they don't tell you that $50 per day is taken for parking, wifi, etc - so you need to add $50 to your nightly stay for this but they don't disclose this information at check in.

This was our first at this level . To have everything within the resort from toiletries to ocean toys, it was all there. 3 pools to choose from. 5 restaurants and endless beach days. Nothing

The pool was crowded for the duration of the stay and the service in the sit down restaurants was not good. We watched a bartender open a bottle of liquor with their mouth open and waited 15 minutes at the same restaurant to just get menus. For the price and what it is advertised as, I would not rate this as a high end resort and more of your typical resort type stay.
