It was loud at times but pleasant stay

Bed was super comfortable. Close walk to the beach

Like the location, but the window AC was too loud which disturbs the sleep.

Toilet seat to low. Otherwise everything was good.

Clean room

Elevators and hallways were too hot. No showers or faucets to wash legs on the main level or outdoors.

We stay at Holiday Inn Express properties pretty regularly, so have a basis for comparison. The room was spacious and reasonably priced. On the other hand, the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, which made the room feel damp (among other things). The condensate drain for the A/C was broken which cause water to run all over the balcony. Breakfast was OK the first two days, but the third day the "oatmeal" was uncooked oats in a pot of water - totally inedible. A minor point, but if hotels are going to install EV chargers it would be nice to have chargers that worked for cars other than Tesla.

It was very loud, even though the quiet hours started at 10 PM. There were people lots and lots of screaming loud people in the pool up to midnight. I guess it’s the beach that people feel like everybody else is there for vacation as well

It was a great stay at Holiday Inn Express. Everything was Great. Great staff! Breakfast was good 😊

We had a wonderful time. The breakfast was great.

The property was fine and overall clean but my room carpet had nail clippings which is so foul. Front desk was friendly. Breakfast staff, not so much. Overall I give the property a B.

Staff members were helpful and pleasant.

The breakfast and location No air conditioner on the floors or elevators. Construction going on and the hallways had a musty smell due to the fact there was no air on the floors

We loved the location! Close to the beach and Coligny plaza The breakfast area was too small and there was barely room to move. I didn't like the fact that there were milk jugs instead of small cartons, it's not hygienic. Also I didn't appreciate having to pay for parking when they have their own parking lot, if it was a shared lot I would have understood.

Passable

Covered Parking and the A/C will make you feel like you are in North Pole. Free Shuttle That there was no garage level check in bathroom. You have to go to floors 1/3/5 upon arrival. It’s not a bad walk to the beach but still you have to walk if there is a wait for the free shuttle.

The beds were comfortable. No air in the hallway, breakfast needs work, shower temperature not enough and should not pay for parking.

Everything was great. Perfect location. Walk to Everything.

There was a weird contraption outside the building and look like something that would be done in a 3rd world country. It may have been a water heater since our shower had no hot water. The hallway ways had no AC.
