Beach House Resort Hilton Head

But the resort and food and entertainment were just perfect.Beautiful pool and the beach view was great. The Tiki Hut another great place to enjoy food and to listen the music. We would like to come back but the management has to do something to keep the rooms clean and also the corridor to the rooms.

We were in an assessable room on the fifth floor. It was clean and well kept. The staff at the pool and The Porch went above and beyond their job expectations. Always ensuring that we had what we needed. The Tiki Hut offered a place for a nightcap and good music close to “home”. Coligny Plaza was well within walking distance and had wonderful shops. We were very impressed with their maintenance of the grounds around us and the security to keep their patrons safe. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hilton Head Island.

The beach was great and the pool was very nice. Several options for food. Tiki Bar had frozen, fried food, nothing fresh. Drinks were pre-made. Nice location.

I have already stayed in resorts on the beach before, I'm disappointed with this resort because of the conditions of the room for what it costs per night, the bathroom vent did not work,

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort! The property was beautiful, clean, and had a great atmosphere. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. There was plenty to do, the amenities were excellent, and everything was well maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Our Room was very clean and comfortable. Kevin at the front desk was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Larry at the pool was excellent - very attentive and friendly. Mckenzie our waitress at the cabana for three days was Amazing! She was so sweet with our daughter and took her to get her face painted. She was extremely friendly and attentive all three days. Mckenzie's service was impeccable. The staff made our stay wonderful.

What made the experience even worse was how the situation was handled. I went directly to the front desk, explained the condition of the room, and showed my concerns. There was no apology, no attempt to move us to a clean room, and no effort to make the situation right. I was simply told that because I booked through Expedia, I would have to contact them for a refund. I handed over the room keys and left. Because this happened so late at night, we were left without accommodations and had to begin a roughly 12-hour drive home. I understand that issues can happen at any property, but cleanliness and customer service are basic expectations. The lack of concern or effort from the staff was just as disappointing as the condition of the room itself. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

I liked the room, the area and the bar Everything was very good and beautiful.

You could hear through the walls every time the toilets flushed or when showers were being used. I personally didn’t like that so I checked out early.

The guest services were very nice and welcoming when we arrived. Although we stayed on 1st floor with no beach view, our room was just right down the hall and just a few steps out and we were on the beach. The rooms were nice and clean. We had plenty of room for 4 of us . The pool and the tiki hut were very nice and clean as well. We really enjoyed the live music everyday. Everything we needed was on the property and Coligny park shops were in walking distance. We will definitely stay here again !!!!!!

The location is great/ staff was good & on site facilities/food was great. The main con was the plumbing. There was very little hot water & the plumbing was so weak the shower wouldn’t drain & the toilets took multiple flushes- which makes for a gross bathroom. Otherwise the bed was comfortable & the room was decently clean (it’s on the beach so I expected sand in various places throughout the hotel).

Poolside staff was great
