The Westin Washington Dulles Airport

We were on a tight schedule and chose this Westin for its proximity to IAD and the on-site restaurant. The room was a typical Westin room, very comfortable, safe and clean. The most notable though was the quality of the restaurant. Normally I would never order something like crab cakes at an airport hotel but I did and was surprised at the quality and presentation. Breakfast was equally as good, everything very fresh and well prepared. The service was very professional. They made a great martini as well. 4 start only because I’m stingy about giving 5. Surpassed my expectations.

They tried to steal from their guests by charging internet fees without telling them. I only found out after asking for a receipt. And I called them out. And they took them off. They knew what they were doing!

Clean, comfortable, safe and convenient.

This was a quick stopover due to airline issues. The hotel staff was very accommodating. Room was clean-bed was comfortable. The grounds looked quite nice. There was an area you could sit out overlooking some water. I would stay here again.

Very attractive hotel; nice bar and brilliant parking

My flight was delayed so I made my reservation while on my flight. It was so nice that they had a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean and neat. There was coffee in the room. The shuttle toke me back to the airport in the morning. It was a nice experience after a bad day of flying.

Great hotel except pricey food and drink. No free coffee. Very clean. Buffet was not well serviced. Empty eggs. Cold breakfast food.

Room felt spacious and very clean. I was only there a few hours between flights so I did not use the amenities. The bed was comfortable.

Beautiful place, extremely comfortable, excellent breakfast, convenient shuttle, and very helpful staff. After a day of delayed flights, weather issues and delayed luggage it felt like an oasis!

Can pre order breakfast the night before for room service. Nothing. It was great

The front desk staff a big plus as was the shuttle drivers! The bed pillows were a disappointment. The duvet opening was on the top of the bed, not the bottom. There appeared to be blood on the backside of the black out curtains. Caulking in the bathroom needed some refreshing. Shower drain was a bit slow.

Great hotel, close to the airport and very clean. Super comfy bed!

I liked that this properties so close to the airport about a 10-12 minute drive and good access to the metro The property is pretty isolated expect to have most things like food delivered. The hotel does offer a shuttle that will drop off within 3 miles of the hotel

The morning staff was great but the evening young lady had no customer service and was as not very pleasant at all. Great hotel always stay here!
