Very very clean. Snack and complimentary drink (fruit water) at the front desk. Very helpful staff and fully explained everything about the property at check in. Great stay, will stay again.

Room had exposed pipes, door falling apart. Very basic room for high $$ on a Sunday night.

Place was clean and convenient. Their system was down when I checked in so it's not the staff's fault they were a bit overwhelmed with slowed customers who had to fill out forms. All the same, that is exactly the time to extend extra courtesy to the customer . . .

the 10th floor, my room was noisy because of near-by highway. Close to Bucknell Park which provided a pleasant walk. Check-out was simple.

Hilton never disappoints! Beautiful clean hotel and beautiful clean rooms! In the absolute worst location! Homeless, druggies, and racing crotch rockets speeding past the hotel all night! We saw a man urinate on a street post right outside the parking garage!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff with whom we interacted were all helpful and friendly. The visitors we met in passing in the hallways were all friendly and seemed to be nice people. We were there only 1 night and everything was fine. Nothing to dislike.
