The picture of the room online did not match what we had. Dark, areas needed repair, old bathroom fixtures. No coffee available in room or office at 7:30am-needed to walk to a nearby café.

The floor was absolutely filthy! When booking our room, I asked three times if they were positive there was no additional charge for our dog and was assured there wasn't. But when we arrived, the hotel wanted am additional $10.

We have stayed at this Inn in the past because it was the only available. The staff was nice, but they do need a few updates. Ac unit wasn’t working probably and had a hard time getting the tub to drain after taking a shower.

You should have an option of towels every morning or not. The hair dryer needs fixed.

The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was quiet and very habitable. The toilet was to close to the ground. I think a larger one would be more comfortable. The bed was a little more firm than I am used to.

No breakfast. Was supposed to have handicapped room. Put me upstairs w/ no elevator. Elec outlets did not work for my CPAP so had to sit in a chair to sleep. Dirty room- filthy. 2nd day transferred us downstairs to a room that the plumbing was plugged up - wouldn’t drain and could not shower. $225 a night for this. I have stayed in hotel rooms for 50 years and this was the worst dive ever. Filthy, filthy, filthy! Everything could be better for $225 a night. The $44.95 rooms are better than this by far.

The large room we had and parking. We came with trailer and motorcycles. The coffee we could get in the Lobby was good and fresh. The towels were awful. Small and did not soak up anything. We stayed 5 nights and had to ask every day for new towels, toilet paper, or empty the garbage. I did not mind making the bed myself.
