Manager gal was great No pool like advertised. Out of shampoo. Breakfast was stale food.

The room was good. The staff was great. Bathroom, esp. sink, need to be worked on.

I didn't want to carry our stuff up to the second floor. Any way she found me and my wife one on the first floor. I was so grateful. Our coffee pot in our room did not work. I told the guy at the desk about it and he said I don't know anything about coffee pots. Although they had fresh coffee in the lobby.

Mold all over room, blow dryer didn’t work, tv went in & out with connection I suppose, & need elevator.

The man at the front desk canceled my reservation and booked the room I had paid for before I arrived on the 20th. I emailed and spoke with someone to let them know I wasn’t going to make it on the 19th but would be there on 20. I received pre check-in info from Super 8 and sent a note on that app. The front desk guy was horribly rude and confrontational when I asked about why they sold my room and even worse when I asked about purchasing another room. He was unprofessional toward me and was the opposite of anyone that should be working in the hospitality industry.

The hotel is dated. The breakfast was very small, no hot items. There was no waste basket in the bathroom.

Location and friendly staff. My room was clean. Noisy - got woke up early. Very much needs updating! Old and worn.

All the staff was very helpful. I had a problem with the remote control for the TV and they gave me a different one that worked great. The breakfast selection was great. There was a variety of things to choose between.

The room had a terrible smell in it. It was perfume me smelling, or something hard to breathe. The carpet was coming up as I entered the door at the hallway. Carpets were terrible and the outside door at the end of the hallway it wasn’t even locked. there was clearly easy access into the building for anybody no cameras. The microwave in the room wouldn’t open once I microwave food. I had to leave it in there.
