Embassy Suites Los Angeles - Glendale

After checking in my son wanted to go to the pool so we went. When we got there the pool looked dirty and it smell, but we didn’t mind it. My son got in and after about 20 min, a staff member came in saying that someone had vomit in the pool. And I was like how come they didnt close it right away, mind you we were not the only ones there. That was very un considerate of the staff!

We had stayed at the La Jolla location before so when we were traveling to Glendale for an event we booked because of our experience in La Jolla but a lot of differences between the two . AC was broken , someone came to fix but the room continued to be very warm . Manager Gigi had a bad attitude . Be advised not all embassy suites have the same amenities !

I liked the cleanliness, but I hope they have mats near shower doors. Also, the towels were okay. Staff was polite and helpful though. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Front desk staff. very helpful. Happy hour bartender on Sunday very helpful and friendly. .Restaurant food was ok. Room was great and very clean. Restaurant tables some were not wiped down and dirty. Happy hour bartender on Tuesday was not very friendly

Exceptional

Right off Highway, walkable to many restaurants and stores. Quiet room. Breakfast included. The shef cooks your own egg dishes. Shower was ok but water pressure was weak.

The included breakfast is great and the chef cooking omelets is very friendly! I love the ease of the in and out with the parking as well.

Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of options to suit everyone. Check-in and check-out were both quick and straightforward, with no issues at all. The only disappointment was the swimming pool and hot tub. On our first day, our two daughters went swimming and, unfortunately, the pool water turned their hair green. We immediately raised our concerns with reception, and we were told that the pool would be closed while the issue was investigated. However, a few hours later we noticed that the pool was open again and people were swimming. Unfortunately, the hotel never followed up with us or provided any further explanation during the rest of our stay. This was disappointing, particularly as we had raised what we felt was a genuine concern about the pool water. Aside from this issue, we really enjoyed our stay. The room, breakfast, and overall experience were very good, and we would have no hesitation recommending the hotel, although we would hope the pool situation is addressed.

Loved the large room. Location was good. Beds were comfortable The customer made omelets were good Free drinks could even be hard liquor There was a 28.00 parking fee. The jacuzzi had black grime on the surface tiles from people’s skin oils I booked through a third party so there was a charge for the Internet. The free evening snacks were pace salsa and chips, trail mix like dispensing containers, and a bowl of melon. Free mixed drinks consisted of syrups.

The main issues were with the little things that, taken together, affected the overall experience: * The shower water pressure was quite poor. * One of the toilets in the lobby had a loose seat that slid from side to side. * Several of the faucets were loose or noticeably crooked. * Three of the five machines in the gym were out of service. Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it, but it could really benefit from some attention to maintenance and upkeep. Spending a little time and effort fixing these smaller issues would go a long way toward improving the overall feel, appearance, and usability of the hotel.

Breakfast was awesome! The dining area was nicely arranged. The little store in the lobby area was very nice and convenient. The chairs in the dining area were comfortable. The pillows were terrible in our room. They were like smashed tea bags. Also, it would have been nice to get a heads up on the charges for parking,....that was a surprise

I don't have much time to write. You guys have to use hifrank.ai or other similar AI interview tools to get a better feedback. Would happily share how you could go from good to great as there are many things that could be improved.
