Hyatt Place Glendale / Los Angeles

We stayed here for a concert weekend at the Hollywood Bowl (using the LA Zoo shuttle), and it could not have been a better experience. As light sleepers, our top priority was a restful night—and the room delivered completely. The climate control was modern, ducted, and whisper-quiet, keeping the room perfectly cool without any loud cycling, buzzing, or temperature swings. The room was spotless and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Valet service was seamless and prompt using their digital text request link; our car was brought up quickly both on our way out to the show and at checkout. The location is unbeatable—an easy 10-minute drive to the Zoo shuttle lot, and just steps across the street from the Galleria and Americana for dining and shopping while waiting out the afternoon heat. Highly recommend, and we will definitely stay here again!

The room was lovely and the staff were helpful to a certain extent although they do not have any gluten free options at all for the breakfast only coffee!

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good as you would expected in Hyatt hotel. We used a local multi story parking just few yards from the hotel.

The entire hotel being pet friendly which meant every room was occupied by pets was very bad for people who deal with pets allergies . My wife did not have good sleep due to dog allergy. We believe the room was not cleaned adequately from pets presence. Hotel should limit pets only to specific level or rooms in the building. Our Stay was not satisfactory to us. and staff was not helpful with other room portions.

Clean, modern hotel in a fantastic location near the Galleria and the outdoor shopping area that has interesting stores and restaurants. Hotel was as advertised, staff were friendly and helpful and the free breakfast was solid. The hotel is well located to visit Hollywood and other attractions. As a bonus, as a family of 4, we need a room with three beds so it was fantastic they had rooms with 2 doubles + a hide-a-bed.

Hotel location, rooms, breakfast and staff were great, was not at all impressed with your valet parking, what a mess! People abandon their cars, no valet around, people honking because they can’t get out. We finally backed out and found ur hotel parking down the alley. Not a smart set up.

Overall the experience was great. Only average thing I would of liked is the TV to allow my Netflix and YouTube accounts to be accessible. Other than that it was a perfect experience.

Everything was perfect

Convenienet location. clean room. easy self parking.

Clean room and very nice staff. Valet parking is $48 a day!! One thing to note is that there is not any security at the hotel. Uber drivers are allowed to go directly up the elevators to the rooms and during our stay an unhoused individual was asleep in the staircase leading up to guest rooms causing the police to be called. Kind of unsettling the lack of security.

Love love love this place. This was the best breakfast we had, the hotel was so nice, the people are so nice working there. Elevators are fast and it’s literally walking distance to nice areas of Glendale. It was great!

The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly, kind, helpful and accommodating. We loved Stephen at the front desk and Jun at the bar!

It’s always a pleasure to stay here. Staff are always friendly and the location is clean and welcoming. Guaranteed to get a good night’s rest here. Thank you for all you do!

This is a nice clean hotel. The staff are helpful and courteous. My children enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good.
