Bathroom in the room looked newly renovated Upper beds didn't have curtains

It’s a friendly, organised, safe and clean hostel in the city centre. There’s some interesting restaurants and pubs nearby and it’s a good place to stay for a short time in Glasgow Nothing. The hostel is a very good one by inner city hostel standards

Friendly staff, very clean building and comfortable bed. En suite bathroom is also very clean.

Location. Kind staff willing to help. They didnt put more toilet paper in the toilet for the 2 nights that I was there. The building is under construction and I woke up everyday hearing noises from it. There was no place where I could refill bottles of water.

Very nice and helpful staff. Good location. Rooms are well equipped. Great bathroom in my shared room as well. Only downside would be the fact that the water is not drinkable in the rooms so you are dependent on the staff to fill in you bottle (but they are very nice!)

Passable

The check-in was easy, and they provided baggage storage before check-in and after you checked out. They had a nice common room, a bit run-down, but it offered a place to sit. The blanket and pillow were comfy. The internet did not really reach the female-only room, and the bunk beds and lockers were a bit wobbly. The shower was not great; the water would get a little warmer or colder without even touching the nozzle, and the pressure was bad.

The front desk people were very helpful. Good Shower

Felt like a home and not like living with 10 other people. Staff are always available to address problems and resolve them quickly. Guests are considerate of other people staying there. Only one bathroom with one toilet and shower for a room of 10 people. Possible bed bugs as I was bitten and itchy after leaving the property.
