Excellent service. Property was clean and well maintained. Checkin/out was seamless. Room was clean and cozy. The pictures are an accurate depiction of the property and rooms. A block away from Ft. Lauderdale beach, less than 10min drive from shopping and 5 min drive from Las Olas beach. Highly recommend this hotel and certainly will return.

The room was super clean, gorgeous linens comfortable mattress, and nicely appointed, no detail spared very and I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The pool area surrounded by greenery is a lovely place to relax and offers complimentary coffee and gives the hotel a very private, tranquil feel. The staff especially Aretha went above and beyond she is incredible! All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The check-in process was easy and convenient, and everything felt well organized. I would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, relaxed hotel close to the beach without the huge resort feel, Perroquet Hotel is a wonderful choice. Highly recommended! Great experience definitely would visit again

This is a great hotel to stay for a business trip! Great location, friendly & accommodating staff, clean rooms and many things are within walking distance of it. I really enjoyed my stay and will use it again!

Beautiful property, well maintained. Queen kitchenette was spacious and very comfortable. Landscape was phenomenal and set the scene. Pool area was clean and comfortable. A short walk to the beach.

Loved the quiet intimacy of this hotel and it's proximity to the beach. Only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. Checking and out was easy and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Generally very good but would be useful to have a mirror in the bedroom. Also the fridge did not seem to work - may have been unplugged. TV control didn't seem to work.

Clean quiet big rooms. great location to beach. Bathrooms are nice. Plenty of clean towels. The only down side is the mattress was pretty worn out and needs replacement.

This Hotel appears to be really cute and normal online however this is an old Motel with a low grade remodel. There is 0 staff onsite. My AC went out and there was not anyone there to come fix it. They give you numbers to text if there are issues or you need anything and it takes hours for them to respond. The AC was out for hours before they moved me to a 2nd room. The 2nd room had dried blood on the comforter. The linens are not cleaned every time. It’s a weird nightmare. The vibe gives horror movie. Don’t believe the cute photos.

Such a gem! Elegant decor and pool tucked away in lush greens. I stayed here and met friends over at the nearby marina for drinks and dinner and just love this location

Quiet clean spot, minimal but clean and comfortable. Tbh the best best and pillows I have slept on .. property is small and cute. The check in lobby is very nice and nothing was a hassle to figure out. And close to the beach, you can walk

This place is like a hidden oasis. The rooms are nice and clean and beds are super comfortable. Love this hotel!
