B Ocean Resort Fort Lauderdale Beach

Great location right on the sand and next to a water taxi stop. Front desk staff was able to get me a different room to match my booking and gave me a replacement card because the pool return desk was not manned when we dropped off our towels. Room was clean, please check behind the beds. Saw candy wrappers from previous guests while tracing our charging cables. Infinity pool was lovely, but the chlorine level was too high. Eyes were burning! Private beach was clean with plenty of chairs. Mermaid show was fantastic at the Wreck Bar. Room needs a microwave oven. It already has a laptap compatible safe and refrigerator. No problem with eating at the buffet and getting hot cocoa at the snack bar. Waifu ordered room service too. Valet service was convenient and fairly priced, but can get busy resulting in long wait times. Saw the maintenance guys repainting walls. Keep up the good work.

The B Resort is a great hotel. Right on the beach, multiple pools, great rooms, and just nice! However, they need a bit of a tune up. I made it to one of the pools that has the restaurant and bar with it. I had a great margarita and cuban chicken sandwich! The private beach area was my favorite part of the entire hotel. I had one of the best piña coladas in a coconut on the beach. I think they undersell how amazing the hotel is. Just needs a few touchups and updates but I am DEFINITELY going to come back! The rooms that are not beach side aren't updated. No one answers the phone (but just go to the front desk directly and they handle everything QUICK!) I didn't have a garbage pail and the layout of the resort was confusing and was not explained to me. Just a map, directions to the elevator, and a dream. No one tells you how big the hotel, well resort, really is.

The location was great and very convenient. The drinks were good, and the hospitality and staff friendly but they where not informative . The food was fair and could use a little improvement, but overall, we enjoyed our stay. The mermaid show was definitely a highlight and made the experience more fun and memorable!!

The bartender Enzo was terrible, managers Elise and Ivan were very unwelcoming and lack the ability to identify root causes of issues as they arise. Lastly, the housekeeping department is the biggest area of opportunity within the hotel.

En el pre cheking me asignaron una habitación que no había reservado (2 camas sin vista al mar), me tuve que acercar a la recepción de nuevo para que me asignen la que pedí, y me ayudaron con la corrección.

The location was perfect. Walking distance from the beach and food spots. Our room has an order and I requested for room spray but never received it. It smelled like mildew.

B ocean is a good hotel and I would recommend

second time staying in the past 6 months and i'll be back again everything was perfect from the staff to the amenities to the cleansiness everything is legit perfect

The community. ⭐️ 1 Star — Very Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, my stay at B Ocean Resort was extremely disappointing, especially considering how expensive the hotel is. As soon as we arrived and checked into our room, we noticed several issues. The room was not properly cleaned, the showers were dirty, and some of the lamps were broken. We ended up having to change rooms shortly after checking in. I will say that the front desk staff was nice enough to assist us with switching rooms, but the overall service was still very disappointing. The cleaning staff needs significant improvement. The rooms should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected before guests arrive, especially at a hotel charging these prices. Whenever we needed something, such as fresh towels or assistance with an issue, the service was extremely slow. Some of the staff were also rude and did not make us feel welcomed. For the price we paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet those expectations. I would strongly recommend that management take a serious look at the housekeeping and customer service staff and improve their training and standards. I would not stay at B Ocean Resort again.

Very poor

This place was fantastic we absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be back. The location is beautiful and so were the rooms. Only downside was that our room was quite hot / no ac. Overall great stay tho!

The room was clean but decor was outdated, carpet was a bit musty and shower grout was moldy. I think it’s ridiculous that each guests pays a resort fee and needs to still pay extra for a sun umbrella and lounger.

It’s very nice that you could leave your stuff in a safe place and enjoy the pool and the beach during the day before check-in, or be prepared to spend 100 bucks to check in early. The beach chairs were great, but you have to get an umbrella cause it’s so hot outside and watch out because they add gratuity on everything and then give you the machine to add more gratuity. Very sneaky. It was very nice to be able to order food from the beach and have it delivered, this is the only time I was OK adding extra gratuity on what was already charged. We were disappointed that there was nowhere to get breakfast, except for if you wanted to do the buffet. There is no regular breakfast menu.
