Let's be realistic: the choice of hotel was based on price, so you shouldn't expect a 5-star all-inclusive resort. Still, it’s decent and acceptable. There’s no beach view, but the beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and if you get a sudden craving, there’s a McDonald’s a 2-minute walk away. I spent 7 days there with my son and rented a car—which is absolutely essential for getting around—so the free parking was a huge plus, as that’s a very necessary amenity that isn't always included. Also, the guy at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming.

Its not upscale at all but if you need a spot for a quick crash for one night its reasonable. It reminded me of an efficiency set up. Very close to the beach so that was a plus. I only have two real negatives to give, one, the room door lock/bolt didnt seem to be very secure. They should definitely consider making sure all the room doors have a better locking mechanism. My other is the walls between rooms are extremely thin. I could easily hear my neighbor and everything they were doing in their room so Im sure they could hear me as well.

Location They charged me $20 as a security deposit for the key. When I asked about getting the deposit back, they told me they would return it to me the day before check-out because I was planning to check out very early in the morning. When I went to the front desk, no one was there. I called them, and they told me they would bring the $20 to my room, but no one ever came. The next morning, there was still no one at the front desk, and I never received my $20 deposit back.

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was dirty, and the sheets were not clean. The pillows were very old and provided little to no support. There was no toilet paper, soap, or shampoo in the room. When we went to ask for toilet paper, they didn’t even have any available at the time. The towels were very small and extremely worn out. During our entire stay, **housekeeping never came to clean the room, and no one checked on us or asked if we needed anything**. The pool appeared clean, but it had an excessive amount of chlorine, which made it unpleasant. For the price we paid, we expected much better cleanliness, basic amenities, and customer service. **I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it.**

Reasonable price... Nice pool.. Staff didn't supply toilet tissue. I called about it & it was never delivered... 2 days to get clean towels.. Nail sticking out of footboard... Tore shoe & bruised toe.

Oliver the manager make you feel right at home. There is nothing I dislike about the property.
