First time staying and the motel and rooms were very clean, neat and tidy. Would definitely, stay again Front desk staff was friendly and helpful too

Welcoming staff. Clean facility. Would have liked more healthier breakfast items. More fruit besides apples would have been nice. Loved that there were a variety of games available to play. Very nice touch.

The dining area was clean and well laid out. The food was varied and the hot stuff was hot. Staff replenished items quickly. The coffee was fantiastic! We had zero complaints. The hotel was easy to find, easy to access and there were a lot of options nearby for whatever you might need. It was close to NDSU campus which is why we were there. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast area a was very under prepped for a full hotel- lots of waiting for everything but the staff was kind.

King suite was very nice and clean and comfortable room. Slept very well. Very convenient walk to Lucky 13 next door for dinner. Breakfast didn't meet my (low) expectations as hot food wasn't replaced for over 30 minutes and only coffee source was repeatedly empty.

Room was very clean, good parking, friendly staff. Did nor have breakfast but have stayed here as our motel of choice in Grand Forks.
