Super clean, good breakfast and very pleasant stay

Price was good, appetizers were served from 5:30-7pm. Room was good and parking was easy. Close to mall and many restaurants. Would stay again

The hotel has a welcoming cabin in the woods decor. Staff were friendly. We arrived after the "hospitality" snacks should have been done but the friendly hostess came to pool area and told people there were things left and we should help ourselves..which was a nice filler for lack of grabbing eats at 8 pm before we checked in. Pool area was very kid-friendly. Room was nicely supplied. Breakfast was a good assortment of typical "included" breakfasts. Our 1 night stay was very nice.

This is one of the Best, Best Westerns we stayed at! The bear in the window took me by surprise lol

Quiet. Convenient. Clean. Safe.

The bed in the room was very comfortable. I have a spinal disability and I woke up with almost no pain after sleeping all night. There was a free social time at 1700 with free food and beer. At night it was very quiet. It was also easy off and on to route 94 from the hotel.

It was unfortunate the pool wasn’t open.

Also, there was a blood spot on one of my 4 pillows so just threw that on the floor. Everything else was great though, and I would still give it a 5 star rating.

Breakfast, rooms, everything great ! Swimming pool was closed due pump issues..but that was the only issue.

Pool and hot tub were not available. Window in our room had bad water leak. Internet was down in the morning so they could not check us out. They promised to email me a receipt but have failed to do so.

Clean, quiet room

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. I appreciated the automated coffee maker’s mocha! The beds were fine but not particularly comfortable. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed for our entire stay.

The hotel was decorated beautifully and the room was large, well appointed, clean and had excellent amenities. The employees were so very friendly and helpful. All was good.
