Great staff. Airport shuttle was very helpful as well as late checkout.

Booked economy room and did not realize how small room was.

The service and staff were great rooms clean, but old and tired facility and there is the issue of airport noise adequate but not great stay

We just needed a few hours to sleep after a long trip from NY. The facility was basic and very clean. The airport shuttle arrived in ten minutes. The staff were friendly and shared information about Alaska.

Sewage smell came up through the bathtub drain. I covered the bathtub drain with a Clorox wipe and it reduced sewer smell.

Airport shuttle and well thought out clean room. For a small room it was good, just missing tissues. Smiling 😃

While the two rooms were clean, they were small and underwhelming at first glance. However, all of us agreed that the beds were ultra comfy! The airport transit was very prompt and reliable. The breakfast buffet was compact, the contained the perfect variety of high-quality products to satisfy all. There isn’t really a dining area, but we all enjoyed hanging out on the few barstools while we ate breakfast and received local recommendations from the very helpful Front Desk clerk. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who needs an airport stay.

Free shuttle to/from airport and train depot was helpful. Walking distance to Fred Meyer food, bus stop, and a couple fast food places.

Easy check in exactly what I needed.

We stayed at the Golden North Inn 2 different nights before and after a remote fly-in camping trip. The rooms were recently updated and the hotel offers an assortment of free breakfast options (good quality yogurt, instant oatmeal, bagels or sweet rolls, good coffee). The staff is responsive and helpful. The mattress is a bit softer than I prefer, the only negative. The duvet covers are clean and white. This is a basic hotel with clean and modern decor for a decent price in Fairbanks in the summer. The grocery is a block away. They have lovely hanging flower baskets along the front of the hotel.

Property is good, nothing fancy but clean & well maintained. Easy access to get to property. Staff was very helpful. Continental breakfast was excellent with lots rolls, hard boiled eggs, bottled waters and snacks for the day provided

This is the perfect no frills Hotel that is very close to the airport. On demand shuttle service is wonderful. Suspicious breakfast offerings including delicious coffee. Staff were very funny. With lots of Fred Meyer to buy supplies.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Normal nice basic rooms. Perfect for in an out daily visit.

A few issues despite good staff and a straightforward process: the a/c in the room is cresting a wet/mold issue that was noticeable. My bedsheets had two significant coffee ( I hope) stains. Accommodations are basic but otherwise was decent. 2.5/5.

The staff is very courteous and helpful and the rooms are dated but clean. The towels are changed daily but beds are not made unless you ask for it. Hair dryers are not provided but you can ask for them at the office. Again, if you want an inexpensive small room, this place is fine.
