This hotel is in a great location. You can’t ask for anything more central and with an easy walking distance to all of the public transit. The rooms were fine. The view was great, but the check-in process was not very easy. Arrived 15 minutes before 4 PM. Had to stand in line to check in only to find out the room was not ready. Had to wait another 15 minutes, the staff tried very hard, but had to wait on housekeeping.

The women at the front desk were very helpful, very smart, knowledgeable and would go out of their way to help. What prevents 5 stars is the $18 for parking.

Good off street ramp parking, good breakfast, very close proximity to trains and local coffee. Staff was helpful (I signed up for rewards and was able to check in early).

I was pleasantly surprised by the location and all the amazing places in the neighborhood. We stayed here to attend a cubs game and the taking the subway a block away from the hotel was super easy! We found a great restaurant and it was such a peaceful and safe neighborhood to walk at night. The room was clean, spacious and had great amenities. I would love to stay here again to avoid the craziness and crazy prices that is Downtown Chicago but super accessible by public transportation.

Was okay.

The experience at breakfast was also frustrating. When we arrived, there was no one at the desk, so the four of us got in line and began getting our food. The employee then came in and made all four of us put our plates down so they could get our information. There were much better ways this could have been handled. One person from our group could have provided the information, or the employee could have waited until we were finished eating. Making all four of us stop and put our plates down was unnecessary and unprofessional—especially considering the breakfast itself was very disappointing. For the amount I paid for this stay, I expected the room to be in much better condition. There was peeling paint and wallpaper throughout the room, and the overall appearance did not reflect the price we paid. Between being assigned an uncleaned room, the poor condition of the room, the disappointing breakfast, and the way we were treated during breakfast, this stay did not meet my expectations at all. Unfortunately, I definitely will not be staying here again.

We had a room with 2 elevators next to our wall. Running all night long and could not sleep until we turned the fan to on. It helped a little, but it still was a nightmare...Literally!!

No me gusta que los cuartos tengan puertas que conecten a los cuartos aledaños, de hecho mi cuarto conectaba alas dos tenia dos puertas una a cada cuarto y dos veces intentaban abrirla o quiza ver si estaba cerrada y honestamente me dio mucho miedo pues fue alas dos de mañana y del susto ya no dormi, y por esas puertas entra demasiado ruido de las otras a habitaciones todo se escucha tv platicas baño todo.
