The steamer in the room was SUPER useful. Loved my balcony but when I tried to enjoy breakfast there a gardener with a leaf blower was working right below me the whole time and that was just unfortunate timing

We are local from Roseburg. It is about an hour and a half travel distance so we could avoid having to leave our home at 3 am. I chose this hotel because it advertises airport shuttle. Well that’s only partially true. It’s only at certain hours. This stay actually cost us more than had we just parked at the airport. There is not hot tub but anyone who enjoys a small 1 foot deep pool should enjoy themselves quite nicely. I will say the front desk did “upgrade” our room to riverfront. Not an upgrade for us as we are riverfront on the Umpqua river. So thanks but no thanks. Never again.

Clean room, great location, stopped 1 night with family and Dog. This place is near everything and priced right. I’ve stayed here before and will stay again during my travels.

We are so happy with our stay. The room was CLEAN, even the screen door onto the balcony was clean. The grounds were well maintained and the walk along the river was fun and had a great view. We sat by the pool and it was a relaxing, not at all crowded. We got there early and expected to have to wait and wait...what a nice surprise, the staff was so friendly and let us check in early. We got a "no view" room but it had a nice view of the grounds. Neither one of us could find anything negative to say. If we are in Eugene again we will stay there again, but next time we will get a room with a river view.

The room was very clean with modern upgrades. My boyfriend loves walk-in showers so always a plus. We had a view of the Willamette River from our balcony, comfortable bed, and we also always enjoy the attached restaurant and bar. The fitness center was super clean also and I love that its open 24 hrs.

I like that the room was clean and the bedding did not have any chemical smell.

The river view and the restaurant

The room amenity of the coffee in the room is not satisfactory. They use coffee bags that you put in hot water like a tea bag and we did not find it tasty. The coffee at breakfast in the restaurant was wonderful as was the food in the restaurant.

loved everything except for the in room coffee/tea maker

Friendly and fast staff. Bike loaners were awesome.

Great stay. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Close to many restaurants.

Nothing here to dislike. Staff was most helpful. Hotel was clean and welcoming. The rooms were nice size and the river view was spectacular. Anna, the shuttle driver was very nice and a good driver. No worries about getting to the airport on time. The restaurant staff was very attentive and the food was delicious!

I splurged for river view and enjoyed river and watching people on bike path immensely. Had dinner and it was fabulous.

My recent four-day stay at this hotel was fantastic, and definitely worth the $500 for three people in a spacious queen room. Our room featured two comfortable queen-sized beds, a large balcony with two sets of chairs and a table, and plenty of storage. The bathroom was also generously sized. The room service was excellent; our room was cleaned daily, beds were made, the bathroom was spotless, and we always had fresh towels, extra water, and ice. The amenities were great, including complimentary bikes for two-hour rentals. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The hotel offered great access with key card entry for the elevators, which were fast and efficient. The entire place was impeccably clean, our room smelled fresh every day, and we never heard any noise from neighboring rooms. The beds were super comfortable, and the shower pressure was excellent. The only minor downside was the hotel restaurant. While the food was decent, it was overpriced for what was offered, and the wait times were often long and not worth it. However, this small issue did not detract from an otherwise outstanding stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and it's high on my list for future visits!

We were able to check in early, room was huge, has a steamer and a balcony. Lots of seating areas at this hotel, the food was excellent at the restaurant and the cocktails were good too. Great location with being able to walk the river or shop the mall.
