The family was great and friendly to our family during our stay. The parking lot was always clean and safe all throughout our trip. My family will choose this place on our next visit to Eugene, Oregon.

Very clean room and friendly staff. The air conditioning half-worked, and the Wi-Fi is so slow it is almost amusing - 1990s dial-up kind of speeds. Luckily people nowadays have faster data connections on their phones.

Had a bathtub. Quiet and near to downtown. No issues with checkin or checkout.

Perfect for a solo that needed a clean place to stay.

It was a bed to sleep in, close to some good local food options.

Easy access to UO for graduation. My reservation was for two queens but we were given only one queen but not told until we walked into the room. This caused us to have to totally rework our weekend plans during graduation. Promised a refund of half the cost but after multiple phone calls and waiting two weeks, I'm leaving this post with no refund. Room had very badly damage furniture, no light over the vanity to use the mirror, minimal towels supplied, unusual smell. Very disappointed in the management who talked a good game but never delivered. The office was locked anytime we tried to reach them and had only a phone number to call. Never saw the manager who the fellow kept saying we needed to talk to. Won't return my calls or provide the refund.

The room was clean and sanitize. Something different about this hotel is not having someone at the front desk for requests. I had to call the manager each time I needed something, which they were prompt to answer the call.

We reserved a one night stay and was charged not only the wrong amount but we were charged for three separate transactions. We called three times to have the manager refund our money and they did not do as promised. We had to report fraud to our bank and have the bank correct and reverse these fraudulent transactions. Not happy.

The phone number on website was never answered. At property the office was closed and locked and there was a handwritten sign w a different number for customer service. It felt disjointed. Room ‘upgrade’was an ageing facility with zero amenities. There are people living permanently in several rooms.

This place is ok. There aren't any amenities so if you're looking for a place just to sleep, this is it. The staff is very nice, beds are comfortable and the rooms are big! Yet, there are things out of their control that make it not so nice: train noise, drag racing on the street at night, and the neighborhood homeless. This place is in the older part of Eugene and you don't mind some of these things, it's still a good place. As stated previously, the staff was really nice and if you ask for anything, they are more than willing to accommodate you.
